If you’re looking for quality, look no further. We went for a thick pile with a decent underlay, and honestly, it feels like walking on clouds From the initial quote to the final fitting, the communication was brilliant.

I love the quality of the carpet and the price was excellent, but...
It took a week to receive the carpet samples. I made it a point to contact the company to ensure that I order the correct dimension. I was reassured that they always add a bit extra. They did. 2cm.
All this was still OK, but when they delivered 3m x 5m carpet on a hard cardboard roll over 5m long, I thought someone forgot to use their brain. How did they think that we will fit it into our flat on the 3rd floor? Next time, please think of your customers a bit more.
Update after the response: What about using a 3m roll? The delivery man did not know what to do and left our carpet on the rain as it could not fit through the entrance and left. We had to open the plastic wrap, unroll the carpet and then roll it ourselves throwing away your 5m cardboard roll, so the carpet was just 3m wide so we could get it to our flat. There were no creases although, yes it would have been beneficial if you have done it in the first place. I am surprised that I am a first customer complaining about this.

Ordered nearly 2 weeks ago. Took a long time to arrive, communication wasn't great. Item eventually arrived and is fine, happy with product.

Would have been given 5stars but let down by a creased portion of the carpet. This I suspect was due to the long transportation and other deliveries items

Only ordered samples but arrived quickly.

Really good online selection but had to order few samples which were not as they looked online, so just as well I did, I went with a cheap carpet with thick underlay separately. Took a while to get delivered and when it did, came slightly shorter than required, but messaged them and they offered a partial refund for the inconvenience which I was happy with I have still not fitted the carpet but hopefully will be great once in.
