Great company, installer done an excellent job, the company said he would be at our house at eight in the morning and he was ( that's worth two thumbs up) he was very professional and cleaned up after the job was done. I would recommend them to anyone.
I had no issues from the start to end of the process in my carpet purchase.. the price seemed a bit high for the size of my house, but i guess thats the price you pay these days.. however the carpet install went off without any problems. they said they would move furniture and they did.. the window of time for arrival was a bit odd 8-11 however the guys called at 9 and said they were heading our way. they came out and got straight to work.. overall the install went just how i hoped it would.. i have no complaints.. the guys that came out did a good job.
Gary Clark did a wonderful job. If we need any future tile or flooring done we will certainly use Carpet One.

Needed master bedroom carpet replaced before the movers got here. Found a decent carpet and pad on sale and was able to schedule the installation quickly. Will definitely consider Carpet One for future flooring purchase.

Carpet delivery delayed three weeks due to the need to run a new supply, but we were not informed of the delay until we called to find out why our installation date had not been scheduled. Need to keep customers better informed when changes happen.
We wanted carpet angled towards living room layers told us they didn't have enough carpet but when they were done there was a 4x10 piece left so we never mAde them change it
The sales man Gary was great very friendly, we had a problem and he fixed it right away. The installers were very nice and did a beautiful job. I love my new floor. Thank you Carpet One.
They came out and made sure I knew what and how they were going to do the work. Made sure dust didn't go all over the house and cleaned as they did the work. They know how to get the job done for sure ! I will highly recommend to my friends.

We were in a bind. A nation wide home improvement store had been paid & was scheduled to install carpet several days prior to our hosting a family reunion at our home. Less than two weeks before our guests were arriving, we were contacted & told that the installation had been rescheduled for a week later, which would be during the family reunion. The installer retained by the chain store would not honor our agreement nor work with us in any way. We went to Carpet One in Tulsa Hills Shopping Center to see if they could help us. They had some great selections in stock, in our price & quality range, & the carpet we chose was installed by the date we needed. The installers were on time, were very professional & courteous in removing the old carpet & pad and installed the new quickly. They were much quieter than expected, & cleaned up after themselves. We are very happy with the entire experience & highly recommend Carpet One!
It was a good experience from beginning to finish. Beginning with our salesman Duke to the installers, Jerry and Shelby. Everyone was friendly and answered all our questions. This is only the second time in my life I have bought carpet/flooring but they made it so easy! I only know the 3 individuals I named above, but would recommend Duke, Jerry and Shelby to anyone wanting the job done right the first time! Now, about the product itself, only time will tell. But, I will say at this time, that it looks greaaaaaaaat(Tony the Tiger growl,lol)!

Owner, Paul Johnson was so incredibly kind and made it possible for us to afford 1,750 sq.ft. of laminate. Tobey was very nice to work with. The installers, and brothers, Ken and Kevin did a top-notch job. They made sure to make sure everything fit the way it should. They arrived everyday as scheduled and took 20 min. lunch breaks. They didn't take any break times during the day. My husband and I of course would have been fine with taking breaks but they chose to "power through." They were also very pleasant to have around. The finished product was just what we wanted! We have already recommended Carpet One to several of our friends. Any future remodeling we may take on would be our kitchen/laundry room and two bathrooms we will see Carpet One first! Thank you all so very much.

Very Good Quality Carpet, Good Warranty and Very Satified with installation. The only problem was communication between sales and installation. We had requested and sales agreed that all wet or darkened tack strips be replaced since the carpet was being replaced due to a leaking hot water tank. The installers were not aware of the agreement, however they did replace upon our pointing them out. The installers seemed unhappy because that meant more time on the job than they were told in instructions. I want to be clear the installers did an outstanding job and did not let the misunderstanding effect their work or attitude towards us. There just needs to be clear communication between sales and installation contractors. There was nothing on the installers paperwork I signed about the tack strips.
I Provided an estimate of area to the sales person. We talked about the measurements I provided and he was mixed up on one area and I corrected him. I asked him when someone would come out to do measurements and he replied they didn't need to. Material was ordered and paid for and was given a 7-10 day estimate. Over 4 weeks without a call an installer randomly showed up at 8 while I was on my way to work ready to install. ibtalked to him and explained what happened and we rescheduled. I was late to work that day. They came out again and installed the flooring on the day we scheduled, but after four hours it was done incorrectly. The order was incorrect as the sales person did not order enough material. Talked to sales person he blamed me for incorrect measurements. I told him the measurements I gave him were correct and there was one area he was mixed up on that I corrected him that day and, furthermore, I asked him to come out and do measurements himself. Material was reordered. Supposed to be a much larger pice as to not have seams. Talked to manager about this experience and the lack of communication from the installer, sales person, and scheduler. New material was supposed to be 7 days, but over 2 weeks and no call so I went to store to check on it and got a delivery day. Ran into some other scheduling problems as before, but finally got everything finished. When installer finished I had seams. I talked to sales person about why was the larger piece not ordered. he replied he never said the dimensions I was talking about and the manager walked away while I was talking to him. The manager had even talked earlier about not having seams. I am just glad this whole ordeal is finished. This project should have been about a week and instead was closer to two months.
I am a repeat customer of Carpet One. The last time I had a pretty good experience, so I didn't bother shopping around. I felt under valued, under appreciated, and disrespected. I don't think Carpet One will be getting anymore of my business in the future.
Nice job done. Cleaned up well afterwards. Good overall experience.
Will never go anywhere else. Carpet one did amazing.
The installers were very nice and respectful. I was very pleased with the kitchen floor they installed.
