We had lamanite wood flooring installed in our condo. The installers did a wonderful job with good craftsmanship. My husband worked in flooring for several years through high school and college so he immediately recognized the exceptional job the laborers were doing as they installed the floor planks.
The only thing that could have been better, would have been to hit the sale going on now of free take up of the old flooring to save on the cost.

I am very pleased with my purchase. The salesman made sure he did everything he could to make us happy with our puschase and the installera were very professional and hard working . I have absolutely no complaints. I am very happy with my floors and will use carpet one again

I would rate both the carpet and the installation highly. The only complaint that I have is the installers tied up my bedroom drapes into a knot to get them out of the way. They ended up very wrinkled! If I had known they were going to do that, I would have taken them down.

I stopped by Carpet One just to see how their prices compared to other places I had been. Mike helped me and so nice and informative.They have a large selection at any price range. Install went really well. They moved furniture and put it back (saved me by not having to send my husband to the chiropractor). The carpet looks great. You cannot see any seams. They made the whole process really easy. I will definitely use them again.

Excellent service

I had a relatively low budget and an immediate need. The salesman figured up my cost per square foot and showed the in-stock carpets that fell within my budget. That was on a Thursday, my new carpet was laid on Monday. The two men who laid the carpet were nice and took the time to place my furniture to my liking before leaving. A very good experience overall. I will use them again.

Tile and Carpet are both wonderful, I couldn't be happier with how they turned out. My only reservation is that the guys moving the furniture were pretty rough with it. I have to repaint all my door jams and touch up my wall paint and some of the furniture has minor damage. I would recommend Carpet One but I would tell people they may want to move their own furniture.

For the relative short time I have had the carpet I am happy with the look and feel.

Recently had my carpet replaced in the living room and hallway. Gave them relatively short notice and Jeff was still able to manage the schedule, the job they did was perfect, all the transitions into every room is perfect. We were really impressed by their work and the speed with which they did it. I would highly recommend Jeff at the Tulsa store and the crew that he sent to install the carpet. Good job, I will call you when we are ready for more carpet.

Service was great, worked with us on price, only one installation detail preferred done differently, and would have like installers that spoke English!

When our carpet was installed the installers broke a rotating pants rack, and did not mention it to us. We discovered it later, and when we were called by Carpet One office, we were told that the problem would be reportrd to the instl mgr, and he would look into the problem. Carpet has been installed over thirty days, and no action yet!!

This is the 2nd time I have purchased carpet here. The first time I had it installed within a few days. They sent 2 people to install it, and it went very quick. VERY satisfied. This time, it took almost 2 weeks for them to install it. The installer did a great job, cleaned up everything, and was very friendly. But he was the only one sent??? It took him 2 hours to do it, which is not his fault, but I had things I needed to go do. It was a little inconvenient, but still satisfied.

My Carpet One person, Debbie, was very patient with me while I pondered the financial aspects of buying new carpet, and of course which carpet to choose. That is what I appreciate the most. Buying carpet is a major purchase, a decision that you're stuck with for quite a long time. I am sooooo happy with what I'm "going to be stuck with" for a long time. I love my new carpet!! The installers did a fabulous job. It lifts my spirits completely to just walk through my house. It makes me feel so good about myself! My floors got a face lift, but I'm the one with the big smile!! I am VERY PLEASED with my new carpet from Carpet One!!
