Fantastic customer service
My experience with this company has been fantastic they have been very helpful and considerate of the fact I am registered blind they have taken the time to help me pick the right carpet and also kept me very informed of the progress over the phone as I cannot answer emails very easily would recommend to anyone needing help with carpet especially if it’s your first time and you need guidance,
I spoke to a lovely man called Richard he is incredibly helpful and has been the person to see my order through from the very beginning so you don’t have to deal with lots of different people😊

I made a purchase of some new carpets…
I made a purchase of some new carpets and flooring from the Carpet Right store in Halbeath, Dunfermline. The Level of Customer Service was second to none. We were looked after by Natalie and she was excellent. She knew what we wanted and gave us the best advice to help us choose our carpets. She was friendly, polite and extremely knowledgeable and we ended up with a great deal. The carpets and flooring were fitted in a timely manner and we are well happy with the outcome. Thank you Natalie and thank you Carpet Right!!

CARPET AND FITTING GREAT!
Visited Carpet Right in Bidston on the Friday, hose the carpet wanted; technician arrived the next day and measured up. The quote was accepted and order placed ; Got phone call on the Tuesday to say the carpet had arrived and I was booked in for fitting for the following Thursday;
Fitters arrived 8.00am and fitted carpet on stairs,landing and three bedrooms by 11.45. WOW.
The fitters were pleasant and looking at the carpet they appear to have done a great job. The carpet was the Marakesh Berber in silver and looks marvelous .
Well done Carpet Right and well done fitters; would recommend to anyone.
