Avoid
Avoid. As with other reviews, if you have any issues with the car or want any kind of aftercare messages, phone calls and emails are all ignored. I've been trying to contact them since the 18 of Feb to report the car faulty. Email proofs sent, finance have tried to contact them to start the unwind and it's all being ignored. As soon as the sales team are done with you they throw you to the curb (Adam)

Great and easy process from start to finish. Rhys at carplus was an absolute legend, such a nice guy, he’s a good person to chat with and got me a car and on the road within 3 days. From start to finish he kept me updated and assured and was such a stress free process as Rhys was always there when I had queries and always made sure I was certain on decisions.
Deffinetly recommend, deffinetly will use them again.

I had a great experience working with my finance broker, Endrit. From start to finish, he was incredibly helpful, professional, and easy to deal with. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and helped me find the right vehicles without any stress.

Made an application in January 2026 and right away was contacted by Carlsen who helped me find some cars suitable to my requirements/needs. Ran into some issues and was busy, but have finally purchased a car yesterday. Carlsen is a diamond, absolutely would recommend CarPlus to everyone who is looking for car finance. He went above and beyond just to make sure I was happy. He sorted everything out for me, all I had to do was view the car and give them the call once I was happy. Amazing experience and big thanks to the whole company as well as to Carlsen.
