Ive had my cover for over ten years, the carprotect cover really comes into play as your vehicle gets a little bit older, cars are no different than us as in human beings. If you keep your vehicle serviced and pay for what you have to and not wear and tear then this is the best policy. My wife continued with a similar policy which came with her used vehicle and all I can say is she pays more than I do and it doesnt cover half of the things car protect cover. Its not about how much or how little you pay its whats covered that counts especially on a more expensive vehicle. Car protect always respond very quickly and authorisation is very quick, I have enquired previously if a certain part is covered and if it wasnt they explained why and I was happy, as we arent all mechanics its difficult to understand wera and tear vs a legitimate repair.

Some things can seem a little too good to be true, but I’ve got to say these guys supported me so much when my car broke down. They did everything for me.

Really happy with everything. I was wondering when I'd find a catch with the cover being better AND cheaper than the other quotes I'd got, but I can't fault anything. Haven't sat on hold once and every single person I've spoken to has been lovely and clearly really knowledgable. Just had my first claim and they sorted the repair out without a single quibble. It's refreshing to see a company do it right - well done to you all!!
