Very competitively priced and lovely family run business. Customer service was excellent from start to finish of purchase and you deal with very knowledgeable people, which was very much required as we are by no means car enthusiasts.

I very rarely write reviews but I felt I had to write this one. We were looking for a specific car and found this company on AutoTrader. Decided to make the 1 hour+ journey to Derbyshire to see the vehicle. On arrival we were greeted by Eddie (the boss) a very friendly and knowledgeable gentleman. He gave us the keys of the car that we were interested in and allowed us to inspect it freely without any sales rep being present. We liked the car and decided to take it for a test drive. Again, Eddie allowed us to take it for a test drive on our own without any sales rep accompanying us. We liked the car and went ahead and decided to purchase it after making a deal with Eddie.
Overall from start to finish we got a really good vibe from this company as though they really value their customers and will go the extra mile for their customers. I can't say that about many companies these days who are only interested in your money!
We can honestly say that we would not hesitate to use them again for our next car!

I had been looking for a car for well over a year and decided to have a look at Cars4Less' selection of Audi A3s. I was travelling from just over an hour's drive away but was drawn in with the wide range of cars and great reviews from other customers.

Upon arrival, I was given the keys to freely look at all of the cars I wanted without a sales rep. I particularly liked this as I wasn't at all pressured into anything that I didn't want. I decided to take a car for a test drive. Again, this was done without a sales person at my side badgering me with silly questions. I just had the time to test everything I wanted to.

After being offered a fair price for my current vehicle, I decided to make a deal providing the odd scratch was taken out.

Collection day! I arrived and was welcomed by Nicole (who was exceptional throughout my whole experience) and we sorted the part exchange. Within moments, I was driving in my new vehicle back home.

The only niggle would be that I realised when I had drove back home that one of the scratches (that was due to be taken out and was marked with tape) hadn't been removed. After sending an email about this, they were more than happy to book me in and get it sorted. When I arrived, the scratch was sorted within minutes and I was back on my way. This was slightly inconvenient as I had to drive two hours to get this fixed. Had I lived closer, this wouldn't have been a massive issue for me.
Absolutely love the car and the service that I had experienced. Would certainly recommend to others!

I cannot recommend this dealer enough. The cars are all immaculate and priced very competitively. Our three year old A3 looked brand new and came with a free 12M MOT and service. At around half of the new price we were already over the moon. When we got home we discovered that they had changed the two front tyres for brand new ones!! The service from Nicole and her father was the best I have ever experienced. Absolutely first class!!
