excellent from start to finsh, nicole was excellent as well, good quality cars at a reasonable price, they have certainly changed my view on "used car dealers" and they will be my first choice if i ever need another car, give them a go you wont regret it, and i will be taking it back to them for servicing, mot, etc, even though it means a 15 mile drive to get there, thanks again car4less.

I have bought various cars over the years but this is my best experience yet. Not only are the cars immaculate but so is the company. A great family team that seem determined to make you feel cared for. My new Audi drives like a dream and when I picked it up, everything was perfect. I shopped around quite a bit but Eddie and his tram stood out a mile. There was no pressure whatsoever and there needn’t be because the standard of the cars and prices, they sell themselves. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Cars4Less......one very happy customer.

We traveled from Manchester with 2 young children to view a Volkswagen Golf. We were greeted by Eddie and were left alone to view the car and take it for a test drive on our own. I didn't like the drive of the Golf so asked Eddie his advice on what else he had to offer. Without any hard sell, he advised me on a Audi A3 that was within my price range which I fell in love with it as soon as I sat in it. Again there was no pressure to take the car for a test drive and I quickly knew this car was for me.
I wanted to agree the sale there and then and avoid another trip from Manchester with 2 young children but as a true professional, Eddie wanted to do all the necessary checks on the car before it left his forecourt to ensure I would be completely happy with everything.
We were going on holiday the following week therefore I wasn't physically able to return to Derby for a further 2 weeks to pick the car up. As soon as I told Eddie this, he quickly advised he would arrange for the car to be delivered to my house - how's that for service! The car arrived at my house on a trailer at 7am and I've been thrilled to bit's ever since. I would totally recommend Cars4less and can't thank Eddie enough for making the whole experience an enjoyable one! .

During three months of car searching from various car sales outlets I experienced everything from pushy salesman or not interested salesmen to overpriced and poor condition cars.
I saw a car (Nissan Qashqai) advertised at Cars 4 Less and despite this dealership being a 70 mile round trip from my home in Sheffield I travelled down and I'm glad I did.
The car was much cheaper and in better condition than the ones I has previously viewed and I was offered a very good part exchange price for my car.
Nicole showed me the car, let me test drive it and answered all my queries.
I assumed that I would have to call back another day to collect the car to give me time to arrange insurance and the car tax. Nicole arranged it all for me. Nothing was too much trouble. Cars 4 Less is a truly first class and stress free car buying experience.
I've had the car for three weeks now and just returned from a holiday in Shrewsbury and it hasn't missed a beat.

I can honestly say from beginning to end cars 4 less gave 100% customer care.. a lovely family run business. Nicole gave me so much information and made my decision to buy my beautufil new car very easy. They even collected me from the train station to help with my journey. This family run business is simply great! I drove from kent to buy a car from a different dealer, who sold the car I was going to buy knowing I was going to buy it, and who was then very rude and dismissive at my distress of their behaviour! I found a better car with Cars 4 Less the same day, viewed it the next day and Eddie and his team pulled out all the stops to have the car ready for me to drive back to Kent by midday the next day, as I had to return to my children and business. The car is great, the service fantastic and I would recommend this company to anyone in the UK. Eddie and your fab team, thank you!
