I have often dreaded the purchasing of any used car but the buying process at Cars4Less was made really easy and friendly. The test drive was offered and all the documentation provided. Everything agreed was done quickly and efficiently and the car was made available for collection when promised. All after sales questions were promptly answered as well.
I was extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend and would use again on any future purchases.

I haven’t bought a car in 11 years and Nichole made the whole experience easy. She was very helpful, but I was given time to make up my mind without her being pushy. The car is good value and I would definitely buy from here again.

I found the whole process of buying a car from Cars 4 Less incredibly easy.

Nicole was not a pushy sales person and left us to take the test drive by ourselves. She was able to answer the questions we had, without ever pushing the sale.

Cars were in immaculate condition, Nicole was extremely helpful in any questions we had both prior to test drive and after, the whole process was extremely easy, with no hassle.

I bought my car from cars4less in July. The staff there were so friendly and very customer focused. I was given all the information I need when purchasing my car. The staff were very up front, with NO HARD SALE!
After 6 weeks of having my car a dash light has come on. The staff were very accommodating and so helpful with this issue, giving me a courtesy car whilst they sent it back to the dealership- keeping me informed about how things were going. Once I collected my car, I was given the invoice of what work was done ( I didn’t pay a penny) and sent on my way- they even washed my car for me!
I would highly recommend this garage- if you want honesty you need to visit them! I will be returning to them when I am ready to change my car

Excellent experience , very friendly and no pressure selling . Bought my last car from here 7 years ago and still going strong. Left to take a test drive on your own so you can take a good look at the car . Everything is very transparent and would highly recommend looking here if you need a new car .

We were travelling around 100 miles to look at Audi specialist and car supermarket near derby...noticed cars 4 less had a car with spec we wanted .as it was on route we called first...blown away with quality of car and way we were dealt with by Nicole ...superb car absolutely faultless and great deal offered...we knew wouldn't get a better car anywhere else ( we had already looked at quite a few) deal done ..very happy and didn’t even bother with dealers we set out to visit....handover day never rushed and everything explained...Nicole a pleasure to deal with, great patience as I am quite fussy....car buying the way it should be

Cars 4 Less are an incredibly friendly, approachable and helpful family-run business.
When we first arrived, we felt comfortable looking at the cars in the garage and forecourt without pressure from the sales team. Nicole encouraged us to take the car for a test drive, for as long as needed, and was fantastic at answering all our questions. Any issues, big or small, to do with the car we were buying were addressed before needing to ask, for example service, tyres and paint work.
We were really impressed with the service at Cars 4 Less, particularly the easiness and readiness for us to take the car on a test drive (other garages had lost our sale due to these garages deeming test drives as a difficulty and an inconvenience)
We highly recommend Cars 4 Less and have already shared our positive experience with our friends and family.

I am very happy to have found Cars 4 Less as the experience was of the highest standard, and so are their cars. The friendly, personal and professional service of every employee shows the standards that exist with each person and the pride they have for providing the best customer care as well as vehicles is evident. The car I purchased was in superb condition, tested perfectly and I was very happy to purchase. This process lasted only two and half hours from start to finish with every detail thought of. I have bought an Audi A3 1.4 Petrol '15 plate from Cars 4 Less on the 27th June and I have to say - that was a great decision to make! The service is absolutely fantastic, people and members of staff demonstrate their best ability to help the customer and get any issues sorted. Special thanks to Nicole for being so patient and helpful, as there were a couple of issues with the bank during my purchase, but she did her best to get it resolved and get the car delivered ASAP.
