I Bought a car from Cars 4 Less at the weekend and had the pleasure of dealing with Nicole. She was absolutely superb and took the stress away from buying a car and made it an easy time for me. Not pushy at all like many other dealerships. Would highly recommend Cars 4 Less!

Awful customer service. I traveled an hour to view a car having booked an appointment to find the appointment before me had bought the car. Why was I not told someone else was going to view so I could hold the vehicle. Waste of time and petrol money. Putting down a deposit to reserve the car was never offered to me during our short conversation on the phone and I can assure you the only thing that was offered was a twelve o clock appointment. Perhaps this is food for thought to offer a little bit more information on the phone conversation. The other review was from my daughter who came with me and as for the forecourt viewing it was a face to face appointment as was the customer before me. Was that legal when we were still in lockdown? Just accept the negative review and move on!

I went to view a car and had the pleasure of meeting Nicole. She was an absolute delight to deal with and within an hour of arriving, I had purchased a car, part exchanged mine, sorted the insurance and left. I would highly recommend Cars 4 Less.

Went back to cars4less again to purchase another car and wasn't disappointed. Got a Hyundai Tuscon and I'm very happy with it, good price and great customer service from Nicole. I spotted some damage to one of the car doors and she had it made good, also the boot retractable inner cover was broken and again she sorted it out and she also ordered me a set of car mats for the car which were delivered to my home address👍👍👍 I highly recommend this company and I will always come back for another car when I need to. I find it hard to trust people as I've been ripped off before but this company is 100% honest and you get exactly what they say their going to get you and more.... Excellent, can't say no more.

From the outset I dealt with Nicole who I found to be extremely helpful ensuring that my purchase was both trouble free and efficient - delivering the vehicle in a spotless condition.
My vehicle developed a minor fault and Nicole kindly arranged for its swift repair at their cost.

I bought a car from Cars4Less earlier this week. Nicole was able to give me a detailed explanation of the car and gave a real personal experience. On arrival they followed all the relevant COVID guidelines which was great to see! The car was in an immaculate condition and was great value, drove perfectly all the way home and a great all round experience. Would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely be looking at their stock again when I need a new car!

Before purchasing a car from Cars4less I first read up on customer comments made on various review sites and all mentioned how they were made to feel welcome by Nicole who helped them through the buying process from start (test drive) to finish (paperwork) without feeling pressurised. From my own experience, I would agree with all the above and would have no hesitation in recommending buying a second hand car from Cars4less.

Very nice car, the price was good. Friendly staff who let me take as long as I liked looking over the car. The test drive was decent, and all my questions where answered.

Fantastic family run business. They were incredibly helpful and fair when it came to reviewing the car I bought. I'd been to see several cars at different dealerships and privately-owned companies and nothing compared to the service I received at Cars4Less. The car was exactly as described and well looked after as I was. Definitely worth the trip from London.
