Brought a grandland X from these guys and the professionalism from start to finish was unreal, these people delivered and got everything sorted, they was beyond helpful, sorted everything, jus everything about there service was 1000% and I would recommend them a thousand times over… pure class!

I called a week ago about car, paid a deposit, then got train down today from Scotland and Nicole the sales director even picked me up. How’s that’s for service. The car was stunning.

I can honestly say I was all over Scotland looking for a A class Mercedes and I tried online and I seen CARS 4 LESS. OMG
what a company. Very well priced and service was 1st class nothing was a problem for Nicole.

Like many others, I'm normally very weary when dealing with garages, estate agents, etc. Let me start by saying, you can safely forget that with Cars4less.
From start to finish of the whole experience, no high pressure sales at all, just honest answers to sensible questions. As promised , on collection (Nicole arranged for me to be picked up from Derby station) my car had been prepared to an excellent, 'showroom' standard and the price I paid I researched to be well below the industry average for that year, condition, mileage, etc....Stress-free, happy days !

When you drive over 100 miles to see a car that looks good on line and over 100 back again it’s going to be a gamble. You start to think the gamble hasn’t paid off when on your test drive when you hear a clear banging noise from the suspension. You really want to drive it home but know it’s just not the right thing to do. Nicole at Cars for less in Ripley was brilliant. She brought the mechanic out straight away, the problem was identified, part ordered, work booked in and delivery to my home arranged on completion of work, all within about 15 mins. I felt comfortable with these people from the start, through subsequent phone calls giving updates right up to the point where a very friendly gentleman who turned out to be Nicole’s dad personally delivered the repaired car to me at exactly the time agreed. Excellent service, did everything they said and more and lovely people. Thank you all for making the stressful business of buying a used car as stress free as you did. I really appreciate all your efforts.

I purchased a 2017 plate Kadjar a month ago and from the first email sent to sealing the deal, Nicole was wonderful. Even the aftersales have been amazing. There was 1 issues that Nicole quickly resolved for me and the issue has been rectified and I am 100% happy. When it is time to upgrade my girlfriends car, this is the place I will going to.
