Fantastic business. Nicole was incredible. She was very friendly, patient, professional and knowledgeable. The car I bought was in fantastic condition and I'm so happy with the service I was given. I felt supported from the first contact right through until I drove away in my new car yet never felt pressured towards making a decision. It's also the first time I've been able to view a car and drive away the same day. Very fast and efficient in everything they do! I'll happily look to Cars 4 Less for help in future.

Awful customer service
I purchased a Zafira in May 2023, & part ex my previous car. Nicole was aware that the V5C for my vehicle had my previous details on and therefore required a replacement. She was made aware there may be a delay due to issues with new owner of previous property. She said it wasn’t a problem. 5 hours after purchasing the car, I was stranded on a car park as I had returned to the car after shopping and the battery was dead. Cars4Less was closed as was the warranty company. A member of the public had to jump start me to get home. The following day, I came to use the car and the battery was dead. Called Cars 4 Less but the man who answered the phone said he couldn’t help as he only stood in for someone on a Sunday and I would have to call back on Tuesday. I needed the car working obviously so the AA were called and after a 6 hour wait for them, I had to pay £159.99 for a new battery. The warranty company were still not open. Spoke to Nicole on the Tuesday who agreed to refund me if I sent the invoice in which I did via email (took 4 weeks to get a refund) A few days later, I went to use the air con only to realise that wasn’t working either and neither were the heaters. So I called warranty who advised I go to a garage of my choice to get it looked at. I was without my car for half a day while this was being looked into. Was told I needed a new heater system, approx £450, and another day without my car to fit it. Between Nicole and the warranty company, it took over 4 weeks to agree what would be paid and how, 4 weeks that I was without air con during the summer. The car went to have the part fitted so I was without the car again. In this time, the new V5C was sent to my previous address where the owner had destroyed it and so I had to request another via DVLA. Unfortunately there was a very lengthy delay with the DVLA on producing this and while waiting, I was told by Nicole that if they didn’t receive the V5C by a certain date, then they would be sending the car to auction with my personalised reg on it, which caused me upset as that reg was a gift from my late grandfather. This delay was caused by DVLA not me. I chased and chased the DVLA over 6-8 weeks and eventually, they issued a new logbook and advised that as soon as I received it, to contact them and inform them that I had traded my old vehicle in to Cars 4 Less. I was concerned that this would add another owner to the car and didn’t want to cause any further inconvenience to Cars 4 Less, but I was also paying tax on both the new car and the previous car so I wanted to make sure this would stop. So I emailed Nicole and asked what she would rather I do. She responded advising that if I sent it straight to her rather than informing DVLA myself, she would put the vehicle as sold and I would no longer have to pay for the tax on it. I did as she asked. I emailed her to confirm receipt of the V5C and she confirmed she had received it on 29th Aug. So I cancelled my car tax direct debit as she said she would stop this. On 12th Sept, I received a ‘Failure to insure’ penalty notice for my previous vehicle, a fine of £100, reduced to £50 if paid by 9th Oct, for the fact that on 7th Sept, that car was not taxed or insured but still showing in my name and no one has yet logged it as sold/ part ex. I emailed Nicole to ask what she was prepared to do to resolve this as I was being fined because she had obviously not done what she said she would, and she responded saying that the V5C’s for part ex vehicles are not dealt with by her, and that it is the car owners responsibility to inform DVLA of exchange of vehicle! That wasn’t what she said when she asked me to send the document directly to her and she would sort it. She is now saying that a loss was made on the vehicle I part ex’d because of the delay in getting the V5C and she is not prepared to cover any cost of this fine. A fine I wouldn’t have got had I informed DVLA myself which is what Nicole told me not to do. All in emails that I have forwarded to her showing what she said. Disgusting customer service. Avoid this company.

i have never bought on line before without seeing and test driving a car before so i was a bit nervous to part with my money after i put a deposit on the car to reserve it i had a call next day from cars 4 less they where very helpful and reassuring that they had a good reputation and if i was not sure about buying the car unseen i could arrange to go down and view it i felt comfortable to pay the whole amount for the car unseen as i couldn't get down there the car arrived and to my surprise it was in mint condition like it had come out of a showroom this family run business at cars 4 less are worth taking a look at absolutely amazing service will buy a car any time from them xx

Picked up our Nissan Qashqai yesterday from Cars 4 Less and we had nothing but a positive experience with Nicole.
Smooth, relaxed process from start to finish with absolutely zero pressure. Nicole was supportive of us and respected our wants and needs, even with our millions of daily questions.
We would 1000% recommend Cars 4 Less for anyone on the hunt for a decent car with low mileage at a great price. Family run and just decent people!

Ford Kuga experience
I looked on line for a Ford Kuga and cars4less came up. I did a bit of research on the company was pleased to see a family run business.
I rang to make an appointment with Nicole to view 2 cars on Saturday morning. On arrival both cars were in the showroom and ready for viewing. Nicole was excellent, very knowledgeable and left me to look around at my leisure. No hard selling, very impressed.
I took a car out on test drive, again, no pressure.
Arrived back at the showroom, asked a few questions and said I would be in touch.
I called later that afternoon and left a deposit.
Tuesday afternoon I called, paid and collected. All was ready.
I have to say that buying from Nicole was a very easy and enjoyable experience and I will recommend them to my family and friends.

Purchased my Skoda SUV from Cars 4 less and the service was exceptional.
Friendly, stress free and kindly extended the warranty to a full year with MOT.
The car was kept on hold while I drove from Edinburgh without me leaving a deposit.
The car was also dropped off at my work place with no extra charge.
I’m so happy with my car, after studying the market for a while the price here was great value compared to other garages.
