Really great service, very happy customers! We bought a Besafe Stretch from Natalie
and she came to the house to advise us on the pros and cons of the different options and fitted the seat into the car for us. Way more knowledgable than the people in John Lewis for car seats so feel like we really got the right and, most importantly, the safest seat for our baby. Would definitely recommend!

Car Seat Ninja was recommended to me by a friend and I couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Natalie is incredibly knowledgeable about all of the car seats and was able to answer every question we had to enable us to make the decision as to what was right for us and our children. It was such a convenient service and she spent so much time with us, allowing us to try out a huge number of different seats. For the time she spent, and the convenience of Natalie travelling to you, it was such amazing value for money. I was also really impressed at the number of seats she retails and at competitive prices compared to online retailers. Not only that, but Natalie also comes back to deliver the seats and ensure they are fitted properly. This gave me a lot of confidence in installing the seats!! It really is an amazing service, easily worth the money and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Natalie to any of my friends or associates.

Fantastic service! I met with CSN twice and tried a few different seat options, she worked with my budget and gave amazing advice along the way (I didn't even realise I wasn't correctly using the current car seat I had until CSN told me!) CSN is really flexible and prices can't be beaten, I've enjoyed our meet ups and will indefinitely be using her services for all of my future car seat purchases. Thank you!

Second time using car seat ninja as after only 6 weeks of having our first sky; my car was written off! Natalie helped me chose between 2 cars which would be better with the replacement car seat-another sky! As usual we received great aftercare, installing and having her check it over WhatsApp!
