Would recommend over and over again. Bought an Axkid one 3 after meeting Natalie to try a variety of car seats in our own car which was so helpful. Have since ordered some accessories and within 10 mins of ordering my order was on its way and arrived the next day! So impressed. Would recommend car seat ninja to anyone! Natalie at Car seat ninja is very patient and takes time to make sure you are happy with your seat. Natalie was very good with my son and made him feel very comfortable talking to him and testing him in different car seats. Natalie has a great knowledge of car seats and this is my 4th purchase with her of which 2 have been car seats. Her after care has been amazing and she has answered my questions no matter how many I have asked, the seat we now have is a lovely seat and my son seems very comfortable and looks as safe as possible.
Natalie took the time to reassure me that my son will be ok as he has now outgrown RF and has to now ff which was a very hard transition for me but Natalie was very patient and has made me feel more accepting of it and less worried.

Our experience with Natalie at Car Seat Ninja was absolutely second to none. After much shopping around in places like Mamas & Papas and John Lewis (who we found to be lacking in the knowledge that we needed in order to match a car seat to our car) - I found Car Seat Ninja online. I sent a message on the chat option on the website and my request was answered and followed up within minutes. Natalie made two recommendations that would be a perfect fit for my needs and even sourced the perfect colour to match my cars interior. We made the journey from Kent to Hertfordshire and we are so happy we did. The attention to detail and the wealth of knowledge that this wonderful lady has is immeasurable. The buyer experience Natalie gave us was absolutely perfect. The customer service was beyond 5 star. We decided on the Axkid Minikid 4 with the car seat cover with built in screen holder and have ordered a further accessory directly from the website which arrived within days. I would not have known about the Axkid car seat unless recommended but im so glad it was. By far the best car seat I’ve ever used I feel happy in the knowledge that this car seat was selected for me as a perfect match for my needs, explained to me in finite detail (something normal shops won’t or simply don’t have the knowledge to do) and fitted by an expert. This part was absolutely key. Your car seat should always be fitted by an expert and all the features explained. Nowhere else gives this service. Which is why I am shouting from the rooftops about Car Seat Ninja. I learned so many things about car seat safety from Natalie that I simply didn’t know which is astonishing given my eldest is in his twenties. We left very happy knowing our baby is in a seat that is optimally safe with accesories in the car that are equally safe. I have been telling absolutely everyone how wonderful this company is. It really is one of one. I would not look elsewhere now to purchase a car seat as anywhere else simply doesn’t have staff with the same level of expertise. Nowhere else will even try a car seat in your car which I find remarkable for such an important safety item. Natalie was so sweet with my little one. Fitting him into his seat and checking everything was set perfectly safely. I could not have trusted her more. Very friendly and knowledgeable

I've bought multiple seats from Car Seat Ninja over the last 3 years. These were initial seats, then replacement seats after an accident, and, most recently, an infant carrier for a new addition to our family. Natalie is so helpful with advice about seating options and fitting advice as part of the aftercare service. Shipping is quick. I've even been upgraded to a more expensive seat colour (free of charge) after my chosen course was unavailable. Can't fault the customer service. I will continue to use Car Seat Ninja for all of my future car seat needs!
