AB explained and answered all my queries and doubts very patiently which I liked the most. I didn't find him irritated or upset with any of my query. Positive experience in Kearys purchasing a second hand car. Ab was so kind and made the process really seamless. The car also comes with a one year warranty which is really reassuring when making the purchase.

Eoghan and Warren from the store in Little Island Cork, gave excellent care and support over the two weeks, even when there were complications they had quick/ easy solutions. The customer service and contact received throughout the weeks helped make the process very smooth. Defiantly recommend Eoghan and Warren.

Went to view a car and had the privilege of having Simon in the Dublin store helping me. He was patient with my questions. So helpful and professional and friendly. Ive had issues after the sale and they have been great, Simon got back to me straight away and sorted the issue in less than an hour. I have non urgent issues which are going to be fixed but the service dept is under pressure. That doesn't bother me as I trust they will look after me. So far from sale and after care it has been great and I just love how down to earth all the team are. Thanks again, I would recommend

I had a very poor experience after purchasing my car from this dealership. While the sales process was quick, once the deal was done, I was completely ignored.

The car’s multimedia screen has not worked since I bought it, and despite following up several times, it has been over two months with no solution or real update.

The logbook was issued with the wrong name, and this still hasn’t been corrected.

I was promised a refund for the NCT, but I never received it.

The salesperson who was very responsive before the sale now won’t return my calls or messages.

This kind of after-sales service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable experience after purchase.

Bought a VW Polo last year. V good car. After sales service from Declan was excellent. He sorted out few small issues very efficiently and professionally. Recommended Carstore to friend who is also v happy with service.

In my opinion the staff here have no interest in the customer and no interest in selling cars. I went in to see cars last week. The lady on reception was helpfully looking up the cars i was interested in when a manager...I think the name was Paul cut across her with no apology and said he would look after us in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later we were still sitting waiting. Though he had passed a few times and never apologised for delay or informed us of how long more he would be. We got up and left. Just seated in our car a young salesguy called Doug ...who we had noticed to be free all the time at his desk approached the car and apologised and shook hands and invited us back in to discuss our need. We viewed the car i wanted and he promised to phone the following day with a price as he had also looked at my trade in. I have phoned about 5 times since as i heard nothing and every time i was promised by receptionist that shed tell Doug to return call. Im still waiting. The worst customer service and care ive ever witnessed. If i got the car for nothing i wouldnt go back. Steer clear. !!!

Before you buy it, amazing customer service. The seller even answer us on day off/saturday etc... After you finished and paid it, forget. The treatment you have is TOTALLY different.

My husband and I got a new car with them on 10/05/2025 which I paid the deposit and collect the car next week on 16/05/2025. Besides the fact that we wait more than 2 hours to get the car because it wasn't ready, I had to leave and he kept there waiting alone. At the time my husband didn't get any paperwork about the purchase. Not even one contract, one receipt NOTHING. The only thing I do have is the payment-receipt from the day I paid the car.

Also, I am since that day asking by whatsapp & email for this paper that is proof of the purchase & the value to NCT that was told for us would be paid and just being ignored. They put us on a priority list, I already received the email with a date but it won't be confirmed before they pay it. The car still no NCT.

I have since then sent WhatsApp's and multiple emails and can't have any answer back from the seller Mark. Not even one call back, Nothing.

So, posting here again, as we know they just solve the problems once that is claim on the internet.

You know my number and email people. I am willing to have this fixed ASAP.

Bought a Dacia Duster from Car store Little Island Cork last August (2024) . Had a great buying experience with George who was very professional and pleasant to deal with but has since left.
I was very happy with my purchase.
However a few months later the horn went in the car, Car was in warranty.
Rang carstore and the service dept were so rude and unhelpful. When I asked if I could be given a replacement car while mine was being fixed I was told that they weren't obliged to give me a car. I had again to say to them that the car was under warranty and I needed a car to be able to go to work and visit my father as he was in hospital at the time. Eventually he agreed and said he'd have a car in a few weeks .
I wasnt very happy at this stage having to wait, especially when you see all the cars they have sitting outside.
Roll on 3 months(May 25), another issue with the car , more serious this time, have it 9 mths now, Went back to carstore, the service dept employee, same person as last time, came down , asked for car key, sat into the car for a few minutes and came back. He produced the document for warranty 12 mths or 12000km which I signed which is fair enough.
I had done over the 12000km as my dad had been back in hospital critical and passed away in Feb so i had done a lot of driving, up and back from the hospital . Employee said you signed the document. Nothing more we can do for you & that was that. Disgraceful !!
I would never purchase another car from here or recommend them to anyone. Good customer service is everything which is not something you get here especially with customer service aftercare.
Happy to sell you a car & take your money but when you come back it's a different story!!!

Myself and my Partner bought a 2017 Peugeot 3008 from the Dublin branch, after having the car 4 weeks the engine light had come on so we contacted them and was told to bring the car up to them, we also paid a 250 euro deposit before getting the car to have it serviced. When we arrived up to them the mechanic checked the car over but cudnt find the fault and told us there was no oil in the car, I asked him how was the possible since we've had the car 4 weeks and it was supposedly serviced, he cudnt answer me, we were sent on our merry way to go thru out warranty which by the way is not a warranty at all.. Went to a mechanic suggested by mapfree and he said that the warranty wudnt cover the work done so I had to pay the full amount myself, we've been dealing with Declan the service manager who in my opinion is an absolute Disgrace, he treats people like absolute dirt, he has since stopped all communication and isn't answering any emails anymore, I've asked him for the service record they've done on the car but it's fell on deaf ears..
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Eoin was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He replied with answers to my queries via email, text or phone call almost immediately. I traded in my old car as well so all in all a very good service.
