Josh was excellent when I test drove a lovely Clio for my sons first car. Friendly, honest with no hard sales pressure. We spoke on the phone before the visit and the car was exactly as described.

Brought a car from Bailey last night was coming from a while away and got stuck in traffic. Bailey was great and waited for us to get there as was due to close for the evening so we could test drive the car.

What a fantastic place - we purchased my sons first car and they made the experience so lovely for him, we were seen by Adam and he was our point of contact throughout, very knowledgable, helped us and gave us great advice for insurance and other aspects of the car. He was not pushy at all, let us take our time (even though when we first arrived they were due to close) and they are just so friendly in there. Also had a batt with Rik (I think that was his name - another great asset to your team and super friendly)
The car was ready within a few days but happily held on to it for us for a convenient time for us, checking in by phone with my son and arranging a good time to collect.
The whole experience was professional, personable and this really is a place you can trust. Please do not look any further and check them out. Thanks you for everything.

I found Rik was very helpful and didn’t put me under any pressure. Invited me to take my time and look around. I found the car I wanted a few things needed to be sorted but were done before collecting. On collection Adam was there to sort out paperwork etc and again very helpful. Car was handed over all polished and clean looked beautiful. I was recommend to go to them and I would happily recommend to others.

Had a few faults appear with the car, that were rectified under the 3 months warranty by both Josh and Grant, the car now is running extremely well and as it should be, thank you to both of you

Fantastic service, Rik had a wicked sense of humour that made the whole process seamless. Car MOT done before we collected it, even the tiny additional bits. We would 100% recommend.
