Really helpful friendly service from James and the car sales team, made buying a good car easy, would highly recommend cars under 3000

My son recently bought his first car from the team at Carsunder3000 and we can’t thank them enough for the whole experience.
The care shown by the team is something many big dealers could learn from.
My lad is over the moon with his purchase.
A special thanks to Mick and Bailey for all the work and help 👍🏻👍🏻

Do not use this company,
We bought a car last year with 60,000 miles on within a month engine light came on took it too local garage and they said the car were basically worthless and that it had to many problems with it, one of them were the fumes/emmisons the car were putting out the other main problem were that the engine were using too much oil. The company claims they do did an inspection before selling it, so I struggle to see how they didn’t see any of these problems with it I must admit very disappointed and would not recommend. So I spent thousands on a car last year and that within a couple of months last year 3 mechanics told me it were worthless. Please do not waist your money and be fooled as I were.

Although the sale of the car was great I was given 3 month warranty after owning the car for 2 months the car had gone into limp mode and was saying faulty engine and I had to get the vehicle to there garage to be seen I had to pay the charges for transport. They “plugged it in” and nothing came up it was driving agian, they can’t seem to see what’s wrong with it!!! Now a further 2 months it’s done the same thing and iv had somebody else run the codes on the car it’s the fuel injector £300-500 cost that they new was the problem but instead of being honest they just cleared the codes and hoped it lasted longer than the warranty I am seeking legal advice as my phone calls were recorded and they have mislead me and cheated there way out of fixing the problem.

We dealt with James from initial viewing to collection, James made us feel 'looked after' and gave us time to view and decide without any pressure.

This company should not be in operation. They breach their own warranty obligations with regard to refunds. Avoid this place like the plague. The director hides behind his unknowledgeable staff. The only thing they seem to be concerned about is their reviews rather than the quality of the vehicles they are selling.

The entire experience was absolutely phenomenal. The person who helped us throughout the whole process, James, was truly a great professional and a very kind person. Everything was sorted on time and the whole process went very smoothly. I am delighted to recommend “Cars Under 3000” to family and friends and would intend to buy my daughter’s first car here.

After reading each review on here it’s genuinely clear these guys are selling dangerous vehicles that either brake down or are harmful to the public. Have been seeking legal advice after my experience now and can thankfully say they are being investigated. It’s pointless writing a review about your experience here as with all previous negative reviews.. They are brushed aside with no care and with the attitude of a stroppy teenager who’s been caught in the act.. 🤡 Send in the clowns. It truly is a real circus act down here. Let me know what time the juggling’s on so I can at least have a laugh.. I think the only people you’re trying to kid here is yourselves. Again reading each real review here it’s clear and the response’s of an adolescent kid really proves what you’re about. If you wanna circus act, get down to see these lot 🤡

AGAIN PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK WITH THIS COMPANY - In response to their reply, an understanding was never met on the phone lol.. How someone can accept buying a car for £13,000 and just one year later, the engine completely breaking after only (apparently) 54,000 miles on the clock - I believe another persons experience here now that they use dodgy MOT’s and also set the clocks back. Also, took to my trusted and registered mechanic - They laughed at this place in the best way possible unfortunately. On personal experience and coming to understanding others reviews, as a normal human being, it’s everything you’d want to avoid when buying a motor. Without being fancy, writing in this showman way that they do, I’m a normal bloke. You’ve taken the p*ss, you do take the p*ss out of people reading the previous reviews. You can’t polish a turd with all this feel sorry for us, we’re trying etc.. You’re mugging people, that’s just standard here. Having an experience of using this company and being left with a £13,000 car that doesn’t work a year later is just beyond a joke. Also.. There was no reply comment on the fact they only issue a 3 month warranty’s with themselves- Then passing on to a third party as again, they know they push faulty goods, then wanna be scott free after this period. Look.. I’m just more annoyed with myself for not doing the homework here and finding out what they are about. Black and white. Pure simple.. Plus reading each other persons review it’s truly clear.. Avoid like the plague.
DO NOT GO NEAR THEM. On my life the worst and biggest regret concerning a motor. All smiles at first.. Can you write a good review etc.. Yeah yeah.. 1 year later and I’m left with a £13,000 car that has a completely broken engine. I’ve literally used this car to go to work locally and around town on the weekends. We’re not talking about a minor wear and tear or a couple of issues - THE ENGINE IS DEAD! I was told today also as I’ve gone 1 month over the years warranty there is absolutely nothing they will do. Not so bothered about this customer relationship now as it was all go in the beginning. As a note, I also know another man that purchased from these, as I was going to buy the car he bought. That had major problems from these get go too. I’m genuinely not angry or have anything against these lot - Just wished I’d known all this, as buying a motor is stressful enough, only to be left 13 months later with a £13,000 finance and a car that is useless and no good to anybody. On buying the Mercedes A-Class 13 months ago, another guy approached with an issue from purchasing just 2 weeks before.. I wish I’d listened to my gut but here we are. All the reviews seem to be instant after purchase as they push this ‘excellent’ service and ask you to write one as the sales guy gets a bonus that he tells you about.. But again, here we are just 13 months later with a completely broken engine on a car that is £13,000 and still being paid with no help at all. So yeah cheers 👍🏽.. I’d half expect an issue with spending a couple of grand and loosing it - But from a company like this pushing cars at over £10,000 then just one year later the engine is completely broken is beyond cowboy and more than a joke. Also they use a third party warranty company for anything over 3 months - Pretty clear why now, as after the 3 months they take no responsibility, have sold you a clapped out motor and can wash their hands of you.. Seriously.. Not worth a look these..

Josh from cars under 3000 was unbelievable at what he does, he made sure I understood what was going on and made sure the car I picked up was in good condition for when I picked it up

Shocking experience. Cars are sold without full checks.
Nothing but issues since buying from them .
Also when you arrive the car isn’t as explained and more scuffs / marks are found that they have purposely hidden on advertisement!

Josh from Carsunder3000 was a diamond. Helped me reserve the car and got me booked in to see it as soon as possible. The car is in great condition and exactly what me and my partner where after. He was very good at getting the car prepped and sorted for us, making sure it was as close to new as possible before I drove it away. He explained all my extra options and gave me a fair price all round. Overall, really happy and I would 100% recommend Josh and they team at Carsunder3000
