It was a very quick friendly exchange and also got the certificate within 3 days

Cons:cash in an envelope, I wasn't home, but my son was.

Rang and straight away on that day collected car and disposed of it .

Great service and great communication

Everybody was very good to deal with - on the phone and then the man in the two truck too. Explained process clearly and did what they said they'd do. Only small issue was their availability (and mine) so it took quite a few days to get it done. But I would definitely recommend CarTakeBack. Shane

I was absolutely delighted with Car Take Back. From the girls at customer service, who went through everything so thoroughly to the excellent service they gave. I would give them 💯 on that front alone. Tom arrived at the appointed time to collect the car with cash in hand. I would give Tom 💯 for the effort and time he took to remove the car. He went above and beyond his duty to secure the car. He was so nice and pleasant. Lovely man like the girls at the customer service. I would recommend Car Take Back at a five star ⭐ rating. First i was told by text i would recive a call that did not happen , i phoned them to find out next step.
However after that they were amazing and the driver was a gentleman and brilliant at his job. Money paid there and then and a week later i got destruction cert in post

The driver came within the timeframe he said he would arrived secured my car on the flat bed. Gave me the exact money that I was quoted and went off with my log book. On thursday 4th December I recieved my certificate to say the car was being scrapped and everything was done as far I am concerned up to the best of their abilities.
