Delicious crumbly biscuits. Orders sent promptly. Goods well packaged. Dark chocolate ginger biscuits are a definite favourite. Would recommend.

Gorgeous Products. I first found some of the C&B Hampers on another website and bought a small hamper for my parents 50th anniversary and they particularly loved chocolate wafers. Also included Orange Juice and a variety of biscuits. So found Cartwright and Butler website and ordered a bigger Hamper for my Dad’s Birthday. He was very happy. They offer a great range of fantastic products, sweet and savoury. The Hampers can be personalised, pick and choose your own items. You can also just buy individual items of your choice. Their range of products will suit every pallet and budget. Highly recommend.

Good quality products. I have never been disappointed with the taste or quality of their biscuits and the containers. I like how you can get biscuits in cartons or tins depending on the purpose you want them for - own consumption or gifts. Love their themed commemorative products. Tins are real keepsakes.
I am surprised at some of the comments about the delivery. Bear in mind that the company is not responsible for the actual delivery, just the dispatch. It is the courier services they use - usual variety of DPD/EVRI/ Royal Mail. I had a problem with a delivery recently - my fault, mistakenly put wrong door number. After several failed attempts at delivery when the parcel was returned to the depot, I contacted C&B customer service who had it re-labelled correctly and the parcel was delivered pronto.
Very happy to continue using their products and services.

We like the rosemary thins but in the majority of boxes they arrive broken, sometimes in so many pieces that they are almost crumbs.

I bought their biscuits for my friends from aboard and they absolutely love them, it’s great gifts for friends and family.

I purchase 2 x hampers (1 gift and 1 for the family) from C&B
I was extremely pleased with the products, all the contents the biscuits and treats were of fantastic quality tasted amazing. the wooden hamper box is reused in the house. I would certainly go to C&B for hampers or luxury food for gifts / special occasions

3rd Year of purchasing these hampers , boxes and selections for Christmas presents . This year we choose to add our own selections . Wow so happy with the result .

Ordered on the 30th of August, selected the normal delivery option so I expected it to be delivered on the 4th of September but to my pleasant surprise it was delivered by the next day! I made the order from Cape Town, South Africa for a friend in Birmingham and it certainly made their day because they were having a rather hectic work week! I'm impressed by their service and quality of their products!

Personalized hamper which I send to my friend for her birthday was amazing!!! Great quality, amazing taste and you can tell that has been wrapped with love!

I ordered the lovely ultimate family get together collection and a few chutney's for a birthday get together with my family, it arrived on time and everything was perfect condition and tasted amazing and 100% worth the money recommended

Wish I had read these reviews first! What a horrible company to deal with. Ordered a hamper and PAID extra to insure delivery on an exact date - never arrived. AND - apparently - they have no customer service over weekends! So the hamper that was to arrive on a Friday for a wedding - we can’t reach a soul to help. And now it’s too late and the wedding party is gone. And I still can’t get any help and the tracking number shows as invalid!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!’

Hamper arrived late. It was in 2 very flimsy boxes, not the sturdy "Kraft" boxes they say they use and both boxes were squashed! Consequently some items were damaged. The tissue paper inside was completely creased up and ripped and looked like it had been used before! I couldn't send it back as it was for a 90th Birthday 3 days later. I took a few photos but they didn't want to see them and they just blamed the couriers! In this instance the couriers were not to blame, at all. In fact I was surprised there wasn't more damage! I'm just glad I had the hamper delivered straight to me...at least I could re wrap it and try to make it look a little better. VERY disappointed.

I made a purchase and I received the order within a couple of days. I also received a free chocolate advent calendar which was a nice bonus.

On the 23/12/22 my mum received her hamper I ordered from yourselves for the first time,
I paid extra for a personalised sleeve and took a lot of time to choose a thoughtful photo as I couldn’t be in the country with her this Christmas.

I was charged for this however the box came without one, I was very disappointed as I was excited for her to receive the personal photo and note,

She did however love the box and said she will now start using you for her future company orders.

I emailed and explained what had happened. I then had a response saying I will be refunded for the sleeve. I accepted this however still felt disappointed as I would have much preferred her to receive the sleeve I spent a lot of time on. I was told this could take a couple of days.

I then replied to customer care/Charina again on the 04/01/23 to say still no refund (nearly 2 weeks later) to which I received no response,

I then completed the survey sent out - again nothing. Clearly not interested in the feedback given.

I then emailed again on the 10/01/23 asking for a response, and even also emailed the customer service email again and Charina directly, once again no reply. This has now been over 3 weeks with no response and no refund.

What a shame a fantastic product can be spoilt by such terrible or should I say non existence customer service. My mum will now also not by using you for her company.
