Company is a scam! They offer free trial but you can't cancel and then they charge. No response from customer support.

ITS VERY BAD APP LAST AND FIRST TIME

Complete scam. The actual app is awful but also they send a link with 'instructions' on how to cancel that don't exist? You can't even log in on their website and that's apparently how you cancel.

Scam scam scam!!! Like everybody else. Unable to cancel. Wrote to them and the reply I got is go to help centre. Help centre says contact customer service. Absolutely ridiculous! Cheaters and thieves

Here to say the same as everyone else. Signed up for a free trial, cancelled the same day. Subsequently charged for a monthly subscription. Will be needing to contact my CC company to deal with this.

Avoid this app it'a scam. They keep charging even after cancellation, they customer service is a total rubbish. Fraudsters and thieves trying to rip people off.I wish I had read the reviews before downloading the app.

This company is a BIG scam. I just discovered I have an account (I never did any authorisation) , maybe it was a free trial a long time ago and they charged me around 200 pounds in one month . I just discovered because I found strange the debit . More than this, I tried to make contact and sort it out and cancel the supposed subscription and they just answer me back I do not have an account, I am not a client , so how they can be charging Me? It is a completely SCAM . They should be banned from the market! Very frustrating.

This company is a BIG scam. They have used every trick in the book to steal money out of your account and are a nightmare to cancel. They will keep fleecing you of huge amounts of money and hold you ransom and you will find it incredibly difficult to cancel. They also have your bank details and subscribe you to products to keep charging you. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMY COMPANY.

I downloaded the app a year ago and cancelled a week later as the output was terrible from the pictures I took - a total waste of time. The subscription was cancelled in march 2025 and they’ve just taken another $60 from my account!!!They won’t refund me… A scam do not use and the app is terrible

Total scam and fraud. I've already cancelled my subscription and they still charging my card. Casavista support is totally useless. Do not try this app they will rip you off

Signed up for the free trial and was charged immediately. The subscription does not appear under Apple subscriptions as payments are taken directly from your card.

I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription after testing their product for about 30 minutes. There is no way to get in touch with anybody there. Cancellation request is ignored, no response at all. They keep charging from my credit card.

This is a scam, just like many other reviews have already said. The first unauthorised payment was taken on the very first day of what was supposed to be a free trial. A further payment was then taken on the second day of the free trial. Thereafter, multiple additional payments continued to be taken from my account. I was also charged for additional add-on services that I had explicitly opted out of during sign-up.

Despite cancelling the subscription within the free trial period, they continued to take multiple payments from my account. The amounts taken appeared random and were not clearly explained or authorised. I also continued to receive multiple emails claiming that my subscription had been renewed. Completely unacceptable.

I reported the charges as fraudulent, and thankfully my bank assisted me in recovering my money. I will be formally disputing all unauthorised charges. An awful experience from start to finish. Unbelievable.

Can’t find how to cancel subscription.HELP

This is a complete utter scam. It took money out of my account straight away on the three day free trial and made it impossible to work out how to find a way to cancel the trial as I never wanted to get hooked into anything. Then more money came out of my account. I wish I had read the reviews before I triggered this on Apple Pay. This is the second time I’ve been caught out by Instagram adverts. The last time is for a different product but the exact same occurrence. I will never ever trigger anything through the social media again. So far, I am over £30 out of pocket four days after seen an advert on Instagram for an absolutely rubbish app.

AVOID!! Cancelled my subsciption after the trial and they still took £50 out of my bank account. COMPLETE SCAM.

I wish to god I had checked Trust Pilot first. They got me for 3 different priced subscriptions monthly and 5.99 weekly. they started billing me $49.99. $19.99 and $29.99 every month. I've tried to cancel for a month but found out there is no way to cancel because it's all a scam. Had to cancel my card and reportthem to my bank.

Scam!!! Avoid, I’ve had to contact my bank as can’t cancel free trial and they have taken 3 payments in 4 days totalling nearly £50, none of which I agreed to… do not fall for it!

Less than one star applied for free 3 days and was charged straight away had to cancel cards and cancel all subscriptions to a number of different things - absolute stay away from at all costs
