This feels like a scam

This feels like a scam. The company advertises a 3-day free trial, then withdraws money without proper notice or transparent authorization. It signs users up for multiple subscriptions that must each be cancelled separately through a confusing and inefficient process. The lack of a simple cancellation option appears deliberate. On top of that, the app’s performance and output are extremely poor. This should not be allowed on any reputable app platform.

THIS IS A SCAM

THIS IS A SCAM. Signed up for a free trial, was immediately charged £18 (despite an email from them saying I would be charged £0) and had to cancel my bank card to stop them taking more money.

Also very difficult to cancel your subscription - you can't just cancel it through your phone, and the website is extremely unhelpful

Unauthorized Charge After Failed Free Trial SignupPlease be careful

Please be careful; this app appears to be a scam.

I signed up for a free trial but was never able to sign in. The confirmation code never arrived, making it impossible to access the account. Despite this, my card was charged.
I have tried to identify who to contact to resolve this issue, but there is no clear customer support available. Even my bank has been unable to determine who is responsible for the charge or how to reach them.
This experience is extremely concerning, and I strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

AVOID!!!

AVOID!!!! SCAM!!! Advertise a free 3 day trial, then immediately debited $20, followed by $15 then another $10!! They make it impossible to cancel the subscription. Contact your bank immediately if you have fallen victim to this deadful app! On top of the scam, the app is awful. It takes 10 minutes to design one room that looks like my nans house in the 60’s! It’s just AI putting any random pieces furniture in your photo space. I could have designed app better myself!

Don’t fall for Casavista

Don’t fall for Casavista! They immediately charge tens of euros to your credit card. The free trial cannot be canceled, and no changes can be made to the subscription. I had to close my credit card to get the charges to stop. Total scammers! I hope this company is banned on all platforms.

Scam that should not be permitted on App Platforms!

This is a scam that uses all sorts of dark patterns and should not be allowed on any App platform. It will charge you without your knowledge or permission. It will sign you up to layers of subscriptions which each have to be cancelled separately using a process that is infuriating and deeply inefficient- with an app, that must be a deliberate choice. No option to cancel in conventional ways. And the app output is really poor too. Please avoid this.

Avoid / Contact your bank immediately if you sign up for 'free' trial

There is no point to even rate that app as it's just a scam. AVOID at all cost but if you make a mistake of downloading it, involve your bank right away. The only way to cancel all the subscriptions the app automatically registers you for upon signing up for 'free' trial (which you'll be charged for right away) is to email them. They take days to reply and take your money in the meantime. Had to call my bank multiple times as casavista found a way to charge my card, even after I cancelled it, removed apple pay token and ordered a replacement card. My bank has been blocking all the transactions within this time period, valued at almost £100. After over a week I received a petty email from casavista but they reassured me my subscriptions are now cancelled so hopefully this nightmare is over. I don't understand how this app exists.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! If I could less than one star, I would. This company offer a free trial and it appears to set up like any other Apple subscription. However, as soon as you enter payment details, a trial payment for $1 is tested and refunded and then multiple charges layered onto your account. Within less than 5 minutes I had pending charges to the tune of $200 on my account. My bank have been contacted but there is nothing I can do except set up a chargeback (which involves me calling bank each time they try to take payment to recall a refund). Castavista.ai suggest you can manage your subscription by logging into a web browser however, their web browser does not have any function to allow you to log in. Clear and purposeful fraudulent activity on this site. Please report to social media platforms and trust pilot if you experience similar!

SCAM!! They are Thieves!!

I downloaded this app for the 3-day trial while remodeling my kitchen. The moment I downloaded it, I went to cancel the subscription because I’ve learned the hard way how easy it is to forget. However, when I opened the app, there was no option to cancel. Instead, it said an email would be sent explaining how to cancel. That email clearly showed a “Cancel” option, but when I went back into the app, it again only allowed me to request another email.
I waited a full day to see if the app would update, but it never did—just the same loop of requesting an email with a cancellation option that was never actually available. I then emailed the company directly, clearly stating that I wanted the subscription canceled immediately. I received an automated response saying they would get back to me in 1–2 business days, which felt like very convenient timing.
After that, I received another email requesting my download number and the last four digits of my credit card from the Apple Store to verify my account. I responded within five minutes and received no reply. At that point, I wasn’t overly concerned since I had already requested cancellation multiple times via email and through their provided link.
Soon after, I noticed a $19.98 hold on my account, followed the next day by another hold for $34.99. I immediately emailed again stating that none of these charges were approved and that they needed to be refunded immediately. Once again, I received an automated response saying it would take 1–2 business days to receive a reply.
Two days later, I finally received an email confirming my subscription was canceled, but they refused to issue a refund, claiming I had violated their subscription policy. This app is a complete scam unless you plan to keep and pay for the subscription. There is no contact phone number, and I later discovered the company is based out of Abu Dhabi.

SCAM DO NOT EVEN LOOK AT THE APP

Like everyone else, I would give zero stars if I could. I only looked at the app yesterday. Today, they have tried to take money from my account over 13 times—each time for a different amount.
