Impossible to cancel

SCAM! Make sure to block the card you used and call your bank to avoid further charges.

AVOID! clicked on it from an IG app and it continually for days kept trying to take tones of money out of my account. All under £20 again and again and again, loads of payments. THANK GOD my monzo immediately recognised it as fraud and rejected them all. monzo had to block my card and re order a new one.

I was unable to cancel the subscription. Support email didn’t exist. I had to block my card to stop future charges. This app’s cancellation process is misleading and does not work.

Zero stars if possible. False advertising, no free trail it’s a scam and keeps trying to take money from your account, changing the amount each time to try and get them payments through. The company has tried to take 9 payments or various amounts, all blocked. Do not sign up and do report them to the platform you saw them on.

Total scam! They charge you immediately even there are a couple of days of free trial. Emails are ignored, so is basically impossible to unsubscribe. Will have to block my card and go to the police. Be aware!

Everyone that has been SCAMMED by this app please report to the App Store and LAW ENFORCEMENT: To report a scammer app to law enforcement, file a detailed complaint with the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) at ic3.gov for cybercrimes, report financial scams to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) at ReportFraud. ftc. gov, and also contact your local police or state Attorney General for local action, providing all gathered evidence like app screenshots, messages, and transaction details.

To report a scam or fraud app on the Apple App Store, go to the app's product page in the App Store, scroll down to find the "Report a Problem" link (or go to reportaproblem. apple. com), sign in, and select "Report a scam or fraud" from the options, providing details to Apple's Trust & Safety teams for investigation. If I could give negative stars I would! They charged me $19.98 for my FREE trial! One that didn’t even work at that! I cancelled the trial and then they charged me another $19.98!!! So now I’ve been charged about $40 for a FREE trial for an app that doesn’t even work! This is a scam and these people are criminals, looking at the reviews this has clearly happened to a ton of people!

I signed up for a free trial of CasaVista Plan and got an immediate unauthorized charge for $17 and subscription to all 3 products they offer (CasaVista Plan, CasaVista Furniture search, CasaVista style transfer) worth $125!!
In addition, the only way to (hopefully) cancel these memberships is by email, despite what their website says.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The app advertises a free trial but charges your account instantly. Cancelling requires emailing customer support, and responses can take up to two days—more than enough time for them to take your money. Extremely misleading and not recommended

Absolute scam company.
The app won’t let you cancel and they continue to take money daily out your bank! Avoid and call your bank immediately to block payments

Very disappointed .. I ve been charged for a trial and couldn’t have access to my account as I’ve came across this fraud website via face book I just want to cancel my subscription but the app doesn’t guide to cancelation .. people be aware and don’t fall to this trap it’s not worth your money

Scam. Signed up for a free trial and it charged me for a furniture search subscription too. Hidden fees - customer service refuse to refund me. The app is also bad quality and most photos are the wrong dimensions etc. Stay away from this app!

SCAM ALERT!
I SIGNED UP FOR A 3 DAY FREE TRIAL AND BEFORE I KNEW IT I HAD BEEN SUBSCRIBED AND CHARGED FOR MANY PARTS OF THS APP.

I AM HOPING I HAVE CANCELLED AND REPORTED THE FRAUD TOO

Avoid. Took my money despite me not going through to authorisation once I realised they were charging me for a free trial by including another service. Contacted their customer service email immediately - say they'll respond in 2 days. 10 days and 3 emails later, I've heard nothing and they've charged my account.

This app is a scam!!! They will steal your money! Everything that the others are saying is very accurate, i really hope people will read these reviews before subscribing and not like me, after being scammed.
