It’s a scam

It’s a scam, trying to repeatedly take multiple payments over several days within a free trial period. Ended up just cancelling my bank card and getting a new one.

Scam app

This is a terrible app and business. They trick you into multiple subscriptions when you try to trial and refuse to refund or cancel. They make it impossible to manage subscriptions from their app and you can’t log into the web version either as it redirect. Someone needs to stop them. They are scamming users.

I was charged despite being within what…

I was charged despite being within what I understood to be a trial period. I expected to authorise a £0 invoice in order to test the app, but this appears to have been missed at the point of sign-up. When I noticed the charge, I found that three subscriptions were active, despite only signing up for one. This felt excessive and unclear.

I used the app twice. The first generated image was random and not aligned with my request, while the second attempt was better. Based on this limited use, I cannot fairly comment on the overall quality of the app.

No refund was offered. While I accept that I should have been more vigilant, the cancellation process is unnecessarily complicated. There is no option to manage the account via the website; cancellation must be requested through the app. Even then, cancellation cannot be completed directly and instead triggers an email containing a link to proceed. This approach feels designed to discourage users from cancelling.

I am not concerned about the money lost, but I am sharing this review to raise awareness so others can make an informed decision before signing up.

This app is a scam

This app is a scam! Do not download & do not agree to any free trials! I signed up for a 7-day free trial & they automatically took money from my account. They also set up a number of subscriptions (that I did not agree too), charging me £120 on a regular basis. I am now trying to cancel them & dispute the payments with my bank!

Their Free trail is a trap

Their Free trail is a trap. They have created loopholes to prevent you from Canceling their subscription.
1- no Cancel Subscription button
2- email address of their Technical Support simply gives you an auto reply email asking you to fill out a form on “that page”. No one will ever know what “that page” refers to as no link nor guidance is offered to find “that form”

THIS IS A SCAM

THIS IS A SCAM! Signed up for a free 3 day trial that was supposed to be $1.99 after that. Immediately charged my bank $19.98 and then was bombarded with emails for other bundled subscriptions for amounts ranging from $4-$69. There is no way to cancel the subscriptions.

Do not sign up for the free trial

Do not sign up for the free trial. There is no ability to cancel prior to the funds being taken from your credit card and they will continue to deduct funds. After attempts to contact them by email on their support email - no response and no refund received. Appalling!

Scammers... AVOID!

Scammers. There is no way to cancel the unauthorised charges except to cancel the card you signed up with. There is no free trial, they take immediate payment from your account and continue to take random payments

THIS IS A SCAM

If I could rate zero stars, I would!
They charged me AUD$30 on the day I subscribed - it was supposed to be a free trial. Then I was charged another $30, 3 days later. My emails telling them to stop payments and refund my money were ignored. I reported it to my bank and had to cancel my card. SCAM!

This company is a total scam, will charge your CC without authorization

This company is a scam and will keep charing your credit card for things that were not authorized. When you contact them about it they will say there's nothing they can do. Don't give up -- keep emailing them and telling them to cancel and that you did not authorize these charges and then do a chargeback with your credit card company. Hopefully this review helps warn others about this total scam company and you don't even get to the point of giving them your billing info, but if you do then good luck!

This site and app needs to be closed, They are systematically committing fraud

This site and app needs to be closed down! They are scammers. They take 2 payments that are not authorised. You cannot cancel as there is no option to do so on their app, and no way of doing it on their website. DO NOT SIGN UP TO THEM or you will need to cancel your card and report the fraud through your bank to get your money back, you will get nothing from these people. How they sleep at night is a mystery but I am guessing their empathy levels are low, and their narcassistic personality traits too strong to care about what they are doing to people.

Fraud company - attempted to charge card 10 times

Fraud company - no way to cancel subscriptions:

Tell you how to cancel subscriptions and then there’s no button to cancel.

Doesn’t sit in your App Store like it regularly would so can’t disconnect

Have had to cancel my card because of it - what a waste of time

Avoid this app at all costs!
