Avoid CasaVista

Avoid CasaVista – misleading subscription and zero customer care

I signed up for a free trial just to browse the app, and they immediately deducted money from my account. When I contacted support, they refused to refund me using a ridiculous excuse: that I didn’t use the app “seven days in a row” or generate designs.

This condition is buried in their policy and clearly designed to block refunds, not to be fair to customers. A free trial should not charge you, and refunds should not depend on how many days you actively use an app you never intended to buy.

This feels misleading and unethical. Customer support simply copy-pastes policy instead of resolving the issue. I would not trust this company with my money.

I downloaded the app and the free trial…

I downloaded the app and the free trial started but I was immediately charged, I wrote to customer support to inform them about the situation they approved refund and the next day I was charged again even though I canceled my subscription and deleted the app. I wrote again but they never responded even after several emails. Worst experience and definitely a scam company.

I would have given no stars if it was an option. I signed up for 5 day free trail, on the same day I cancelled it as the app was rubbish. Over the next week they charged me twice. When contacting them they said I only cancelled one of my three subscriptions! I only signed up for a free trail. Scammers. *AVOID*

Signed up for free trial

Signed up for free trial. They charged my card immediately with several different amounts. My banks declined this transaction due to being suspicious activity. Therefore my free trial did not go thru . They tried charging my card again last night without my authorization. This is a scam. Do not sign up for this app.

Their scammers

Their scammers, I signed up for a 3 day FREE trial, they took payment immediately. So I emailed them on the same day telling them with a screen shot and asked for refund and to cancel my subscription. They replied saying they didnt charge me and would cancel my subscription. However after 3 days they still charged me again (Double as well).

I had to call my bank to block them and cancel my card to prevent further payments being taken.

And on top of that there app is rubbish. Wouldnt use it if it were free.

Multiple unauthorised charge attempts although Trial was cancelled

I signed up for a 7-day trial with Casavista.ai on 17 November and cancelled on the same day. I received a confirmation email saying my subscription had been cancelled immediately.

Despite this, Casavista attempted to charge my bank multiple times on the very same day I subscribed, and for several different amounts. My bank blocked these attempts, which already raised red flags.

A week later, on 24 November, I found more attempted charges, again for different amounts, even though my subscription had been cancelled and confirmed. Thankfully, none of these charges went through, but the behaviour is extremely concerning.

I’ve now had to involve my bank’s fraud team because of the repeated unauthorised attempts.

I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before providing payment details to this platform even for when it is for a "trial" period.

Scam

Scam! Casavista offers free trial and then once you download the app it starts asking to sign up for other apps and premium services. I declined but still was charged automaticaly for US$9.98 and received two other email stating I will be charged $39 once the 7 day trial ends and $19 after 3 days for other service I did not request. The app didn´t even allow for me to use it or see any design. When I tried to cancel subscription, oh surprise! their is no way you can do it in the app. Wrote an email to unsubscribe, no response from them. The only way you dont get charged again is to cancel your credit card. Very upset with the scam !!! Stay away

Same negative experience as others and…

Same negative experience as others and feel I’ve been scammed with opaque ‘subscriptions’ - you sign up for one and suddenly you’ve signed up to three other things which you didn’t realise. Also the app is terrible so don’t even bother. It goes about as far as ‘what if your cupboards were blue?’ But that’s it.

Total scam

Total scam. They add several subscriptions to your account and you have to make sure you cancel every one. I did this and got a confirmation email of the cancellations but they are still taking money from my account.
Somehow all the emails have gone from my account but luckily I took screenshots.

App is absolute rubbish too

Casavista scam

As with many, took lowest package for AI design app., didn’t realise until received email about auto renewal ( having cancelled months previous through Apple subscriptions). Then when I looked at statement there were 13 transactions, and they were starting to keep taking every few weeks., until I got bank involved, as they were debiting against a card that I had changed but and were still accessing account with unauthorised transactions. Fraud team resolved by contacting them so all refunded. But be careful
