The search engine doesn’t work
The search engine of the site doesn’t work at all! It took me forever to search for the styles. Even I typed in the exact name of the case, the search results are still showing something unrelated. I needed to type in some keyword and then scrolled for a long time to find the styles which i had looked at before.
Also, i wish there are better related “you may also like similar items” on the page. most of the items are not relevant.
Didn’t have a pleasant experience from shopping online.

Non user-friendly and misleading
The apps and websites isn’t user friendly when creating the own photo cases.
The case colour and sample base are not unified.
And the Mother’s Day promotion code did not mention which kind of cases were not included.

If you are placing your order by APP/mobile phone/tablet - try to do it again with a computer instead! Usually the problem can be fixed sometimes when our customers switch to the computer to place their orders.
On the other hand, promotional/discount codes are applicable only to items selling at original prices. Items that are already on sale, such as but not limited to, Archive Collection, Sale Collection, Collaboration Collection are not eligible for further discount.

The product came safe and intact. The delivery is efficient. Only one issue, a user manual is not included, of which I am not sure if this is because the instruction is already on the product webpage.
Just wanna know if there's any way to check whether the product functions well of malfunctions in the future.

order placed & confirmed on 4/26, it was promised the delivery period is from "Apr 28, 2021 - May 8, 2021", but then today (May 5) when I check the status, it was being updated again yesterday to "Estimated Delivery: May 6, 2021 - May 11, 2021" , which I got no notification about the changes at all...unless the order could be delivered on the first confirmed dates, otherwise i would be very disappointed of not being informed ahead

the official website is a little bit hard to use as it does not allow people to go back the previous pages. When I was looking for an item and wanted to get back, the system would start from the beginning of the page which makes me really annoyed
