Founded in 2011, we first featured custom phone cases by using Instagram photos. We have later expanded to selling accessories with different designs. Since then, CASETiFY has grown into one of the three biggest accessory brands in the world. We have collaborated with multiple brands such as Disney, Star Wars™, Harry Potter™, DHL, Blanc & Eclare, Pokémon, Vetements, and Saint Laurent for phone case collections.

Bad services

Suggested to change the delivery company or biggest improvement for the online purchase process. Nowadays, you still needs a week for a local order...really ? I think you will be obsoleted.

I through the mobile apps for…

I through the mobile apps for purchasing the case, however, it can’t buy anything and only allow me to design the case...this may better to improve.

Furthermore, on the web site which lacked some catalogs for selecting the artists name such as “Messy desk”, which had to improve as well. Thank you!

Shipping waiting days had changed from…

Shipping waiting days had changed from three days to more than one week. I feel sad and angry. Can't catch my wife's birthday anymore.
Never shop online again.

Stay consistent

Fairly straight forward to choose and order, however the languages are all over the place (one minute operating in Chinese, next screen in English...etc.)
