The process took so long
The process took so long. I m living in HK, I ordered the case on 24 May and it still hasn’t arrived (29 May). In fact, the courier is still pending to be delivered. This speed is very disappointing.

Not many varieties and not so user friendly
Though there are many options on the design, still very hard to find one I like. Hope to have more varieties. And viewing in mobile is not very user friendly. After viewing the case, should stay where I was after clicking the back page, shouldn’t be rolling to the top/first option. Then I need to roll down again to where I was before clicking to view the option

My case finishing is not as good as I expected.
It’s my first time to shop in casetify and I expect that a HKD 500 case will be great in protecting function and fine in finishing, however the reflective material is not closely binding into the plastic edge in one side. I was not paying too much attention on it at the beginning, it could only be recognized when you compare the case left edge and right edge.
This is not a good experience when you spending 5times expensive than normal case you can pick in the other shop.
