I had a few maybe 6 smaller sized diamonds sent them in and by the next day I received an offer which I found to be more then far considering they were just loose diamonds I had lying around. Very happy with their service and highly recommend them if you plan on selling any thing you have lying around collecting dust.

I’m very glad I chose Cash for Diamonds! I had a difficult situation I needed to part with jewelry I was saving for grandchildren & they were a blessing! They are professional, prompt, and yet they still factor in the human aspect. They worked with me and made it a lot easier. And I didn’t have to breathe in a paper bag afterwards questioning my choice lol. Highly recommend them, (had a few horrible experiences), and I will definitely do business with them again. The offer that was made for my jewelry was embarrassing and I declined the offer. I’ve sent an email about my items because no one reached out to me about sending them back. Needless to say I haven’t received a reply back to my email and my items haven’t been returned. I regret sending my jewelry to them.

My original offer was low and I was calling to see about the return of the items when the person I talked to got permission to offer me more.
I really did not want to part with my items but looking bills were more pressing .

Like others I was unsure about sending my valuables through the mail to someone I didn't know. BUT -- they kept in touch via texts every step of the way. When I received my $ value I was a bit disappointed, but in researching resale values, they had offered pretty much what I calculated my pieces were worth. They are totally upfront about what to expect regarding their valuation process. I accepted their offer, but there is always the option to decline and they will send your things back. I am satisfied with this company and intend to use them again. They stress that you are realistic about the worth of your items, so do your research and know that you will not get what you paid, but they will offer a fair amount.
