They gave me a very low estimate for my silver and after I asked for my silver to be returned to me, we had to have many, many texts back a forth with them trying to get me to accept their low offer. Finally they raised their offer slightly and just to end the discussion, I agreed. I was told I would be mailed a check by two day priority FedEx, but it was mailed to me by low priority. And the communication about my payment was inconsistent and confusing. I will never work with this company again and do not recommend them.
