I'm back to report on another transaction with comments on Cash for Gold.
I sent 23 grams of 24k gold and received a fair price. They actually called me and negotiated the final offer.
I have collected gold and silver for a while and now with both metals at significant levels I'll be sending more to them.

Communication is very good. The process is very easy.
I was hoping to get a little more for my silver. They paid me about 37% of silver market price. I was hoping to get at least 50%. Considering that silver is very high right now, I'm happy with the settlement.

I would give no stars if possible. I was ripped off; the shipment was “lost”, the owner signed for it at delivery, but “did not receive”. The owner offered 20% of value and is giving the BBB and Mo. Attorney General’s investigators the runaround.

I was a little nervous working with an online organization where I needed to send pounds if silver. However they were very responsive to texts and even called me when it was necessary. They explained the process and handled things well.

Everything went as promised. EXTREMELY easy to submit my silver. They even arranged for FedEx to pick up the package from my home. The appraisal was done in 24 hours after receipt and the check is in the mail!! Exactly as advertised. They exceeded my expectations.

no one seems to care with this outfit. cant get a call back or text .they have my coins made a low bid,cant get coins back let alone text or call

Super easy transaction and good communication. They sent label, I boxed and sent items, they emailed when scanned at Fedex and when it was received. I thought the offer was a little low, so I called. Agent was helpful and was able to made a higher offer which I accepted. She stated that they cannot offer more than 70%.

Unfortunately, I have nothing good to say. They are extremely difficult to communicate with and when you can communicate with them, you get inconsistent answers. First they claim they never got the 50 ounces of silver I sent them with their FedEx label. Then after I sent a nasty email they changed their story and they did have it and they lowball me an offer on it. I asked them to ship it back like their promise says they will and I’ve heard nothing. I would not use this company again to sell anything.
