I sent eight boxes in. They were worth 200 dollars. The tracking number said they were delivered. I have not received nothing yet. How can you get in touch with them. The only thing you get when you call is automation.

sent them 11 boxes of 100 count, have tracking that they received items, still waiting to be paid.
Better off " DRIVING DONE THE ROAD AND THROWING YOUR BOXES OUT THE WINDOW" you get the same response as if sending to them
In process of contacting the state of il., to make complaint also the post office to see if they are using USPS to commit fraud

I have been waiting over 5 months for payment from these people. They don't return calls. Messages. Emails. They steal your items. Do not send to them. I see where people have messaged Jonathon Avila the owner of cash now on Facebook. I did that. He read three messages but did not respond. I found a group on fb called people who need help with cash offer now. I am waiting acceptance to the group. Maybe If we all start blowing up his email and plastering how his company steals... he will be shut down!

I sent 10 boxes of test strips and have not received ANY payment. I mailed the strips back in December, and I know they received them because I received a message with pictures because one of the boxes have been damaged. After that I received nothing no payment no correspondence I have tried calling and emailing several times and no one will get back with me

You cannot get ahold of a person, no matter what method of contact. "Same day payment" with paypal is an absolute lie - mine were delivered to them yesterday morning at 8:44am. I am a diabetic who lives on disability and have had no food since Wednesday evening. I was counting on that money yesterday to buy groceries. Apparently Jeff, the "fellow diabetic" is not worried in the least about my situation, which I've explained in a couple emails to them.

If they don't hold up to their end of "same day payment" (which has come and gone), I will be contacting the numbers that the last reviewer left by 1pm CST. I will also review this place on every, single place I can find on the internet.

They sure send your label to you in a hurry but don't want to hold up to what THEIR site says.

I'll be calling those numbers before I do anything else, though. You really have to love people who will screw over diabetics with no food.

Oh, and mine is only for $59.00.

UPDATE: Got the standard reply about "accounting being backed up but sending my pay request over today". Sure. I asked "Ashley" if the "accounting department" would go without food until my payment is processed. Also asked if they cannot pay (as one reviewer said they had received two emails stating this), then WHY DO THEY KEEP ACCEPTING PEOPLE'S ITEMS?

I feel sure that the Illinois Attorney General, BBB and Consumer Affairs would like to know this.

I also asked who I should send the bill to, when I head to the ER for a glucose IV because my sugar has gone hypo and won't go above 44. My doc told me to go to the ER over an hour ago. I'm hanging on at the moment because I'm furious but have to go soon...I was counting on this money for food - YESTERDAY...because, according to THEIR SITE, PayPal payment is SAME DAY.

Not going to let this go, in any fashion - they need to keep their word to EVERYONE that they've screwed over.

Personally, I would just like to have a little food.

Well, I guess I am screwed....

I sent in $171.00 worth of Accu Chek test strips. (Their Price) I was waiting on the money to buy the insulin for my Mother. The CashNowOffer came up second using a Google search.

Please tell me what to do. Who do I contact? I have a photo of the box with the products in the package. A photo of the box and of course the shipping confirmation. Should I go ahead and report this to local law officials? I have a FBI field office about 60 miles away and know someone who works their.

I have not been paid for strips they received 12-27-2017 AND 01-22-2018. I have been paid for the strips they received on 02-20-=2018. I have contacted them several times and I receive no response. If they do not want to pay, the least they could do is return my strips. I am retired and on a small fixed income and could really use the money ($140.00)

I see that I am not the only one that has been scammed. They received my test strips on 3/26/18 and I have not received my money. I had done business with them before and never had any problem. What can we do to get our money??

This time last year, I would have given this company a better rating. That is, until earlier this year (delivered 2/16/18) when they received a shipment from me and did not pay for it.

I have asked about it and was told the (standard) excuse that they are behind on payments and she would let them know.

I waited and then sent another email saying that I wanted my strips sent back to me. I was told they were escalating it to a manager.

2 weeks later and I have yet to hear from anyone at all. I sent yet ANOTHER email to the only person who has actually contacted me.

Omg I got my money today. Thanks to Jonathan who helped me as soon as I contacted him. He was the only one who ever answered me and got me my money.

I too have been scammed!! I can't even get anyone to respond to me!! I'm ready to take them to court! Carol could you please contact me with any help you can give. I would really appreciate it. I use this money to get the test strips that I use. I don't use the ones that I sent them. I've sold them before to other people with no issues. PEOPLE DO NOT SELL TO THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Even if you sell for less to someone else at least you will get paid!! This place is just a SCAM!!

I as well was one they was TRYING to scam! I can say I've been blessed and finally got my money through pay pal this morning after a ton of messages being sent to Johnathan!! I was not playing and let him know that! My sister n law is a attorney and she was ready to take this case if they did not pay me!! I sent him the screenshot of all her info and he finally realized I was not the one to mess with! He said he's just taking over this company and trying to rebuild it but I'm not sure how true that is!! Anyone can send me a Facebook message if you have any questions or if I can help you in any way!! This sucks for everyone that has been scamed by company and I'm willing to send you the messages I sent him and the ones when he FINALLY messaged me back!! I sent in 2 boxes of strips and 4 boxes of lancets!!! They owe me $94,00!!! I tracked the package and they recieved it on April 9, 2018. When I didn't hear from them or get any deposit in Pay Pal account, I emailed them and got a response from Ashley saying Accounts Payable was backed up and she would send them a message about my $94.00 payment!! Since then NOTHING!!!! I have sent emails to Ashley and Jeff with no response whatsoever!! I am beyond angry!!!!! I am on a fixed income, 68 yrs old, and thought this would be great, I could use this to take the bus to go see my daughter, who I haven't seen in 2 yrs.!!!! Now I will miss her Master's degree graduation and my granddaughters high school graduation! ! There certainly are some horrible, selfish people in this world!!!!

Sent in 10 boxes of strips all went well until they sent a picture of 2boxes that were damaged. I photographed all boxes prior to shipment. They were good. Then the phones ldid not work. Finally got a response via email asking for tracking number. I forwarded the email from them showing my strips in their possession. No responses but I asked for a box and shipping label :it arrived in 2 days!!! What jerks. Is there any way we can sue them and get our money?
They have requested my contact info and tracking no thru trustpilot! Of course I have done this once before. Stay tuned!
One week passed no contact emailed all 5 email addresses I have and no response yet.

Don't worry people my name is Jason Cooley I too was a victim to there scam, but do not worry I served with a battle buddy in Iraq and it happens that he works for the FBI in the Illinois's field dealing with Frud and Scams basically companies like this. I contacted I'll call him (Fred) and put in a favor he owed my from are stent in Iraq together, he ask me to turn over all information regardless my transaction, as well as any extra info on them so I did what I went to school for and did in Iraq and hacked the crap out of thier company got every bit of detail all the way to owners info and home address his car he drives his insurance on his home and vehical. In short he will more than likely be on the news for a Federal Raid. I warned them lol I'm relentless and I don't lie or make false threats, to avoid this they just need to pay me what I was owed along with everyone eles. So along with my arsenal of info on them I wcreen shot all of your complaints and forward emailed them to (FRED), I hope everyone is ok with that, maybe help get your money your owed. Have a great day everyone resolve will be on its way.

Over a month after I should have been paid I keep getting responses from them saying they'll pay by the end of the next business day, but then nothing ever comes. The worst part is that my first package that I sent them was paid the next business day so I talked 5 others into sending to them, and they are all waiting and angry at me. They can ead.

It has been almost 5 months since I sent in my test strips and I still have not received payment. They have not responded in a long time to my requests for an update. I wish these folks would just be honest and say, "we are not to going to pay you" or at least communicate some idea as to when payment would be made. I can't believe they are still offering to buy test strips when they clearly don't stand behind their word for speedy payment. It is shame as my first transaction with them was awesome. The trouble with many businesses today is that they are not honest with their customers. I deal with many companies in Mexico and I have never encountered a company with less integrity than this one. At least now I feel a little better about venting this.

On April 24, 2018 I finally recieved payment from Cash Now Offer. Com!! If it werent for Trust Pilot I would have never got paid...Thank you Trust Pilot!! It took 6 months and 11 days to get paid and I learned my lesson. This company has lost my business and my husbands as well FOREVER. Now I hope all the other poor people who they owe money to get paid as well as most of them are owed hundreds of dollars. So sad companies put people through this.

Took forever to pay and then paid me 50 less then what was owed beware..
