Information provided by various external sources

As a diabetic myself (T2), I founded cashnowoffer.com as a way to give back to the diabetic community. A newly diagnosed diabetic, I saw a need to help people who could not afford test strips and diabetic supplies without insurance and a good paying job. I have lived in Chicago, Illinois for over 34 years and am committed to local charities and non-profits including the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. I looked for a way to help those without insurance and money take care of their diabetic needs and didn’t see many options – I created one. Since 2005 we have been helping people sell diabetic test strips for cash and donating them to those in need at our cost or selling them online at a significant discount. I know the frustrations and sadness of not managing diabetes with the daily testing of your glucose blood sugar. When I was 15, I lost my mother to diabetes and since then have made it my mission in life to help those with diabetes in any way that I can. We are steadfast in our mission in providing test strips to those in need and hope you will help us by selling your unused test strips. I guarantee they will help someone in need – while putting some extra cash in your pocket. A true win-win!

I sent in test strips April 26th and still haven't received my payment. I have called them every day. Usually get a recording. Sometimes I get a live person, who tells me that they are behind in their payments. I have filed a complaint with the BBB against them. I was told to talk to Nina, well she is never there. I will try again tomorrow.

Federal lawsuit filed

Tomorrow morning, in federal court in Philadelphia, I will be filing a civil action entitled Randall K Shotts vs cashnowoffer.com et al. I will be listing Jeffrey Shields, is office manager who always contacts trustpilot for information, Ashley who has returned emails to me, and any other employee who assisted in the scam. I'm asking the judge to appoint us and attorneys was experienced in class action lawsuits, and in this suit I am claiming mail fraud, Interstate transportation of stolen property, deliberate false and misleading advertising, using the internet to further a criminal Enterprise, and breach of contract involving interstate commerce. I am asking for the full retail price of the items sent to mr. Shields, as well as triple that amount as punitive damages. I spent about 3 hours with a u.s. attorney today, who advised what I should claim in the suit and is interested in presenting this to a grand jury. Anyone who wants to get involved in the suit should send their information to cash now scam at gmail.com. everyone getting involved should be able to show what they mailed, when, the tracking number, and if they requested payment through PayPal their PayPal statement as of tomorrow. I've talked to several attorneys who are going to ask to be appointed to this, and once we show a promise facie case of a criminal Enterprise we will ask the courts to freeze business as well as any personal assets that they have, because the operation of a criminal Enterprise makes anything that you obtained through that Enterprise siezable by the federal government to pay any judgements.

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE

Current Date: Tuesday 05/08/2018 - 22:10 EST

I can be a good sport about this though, if they resolve this matter with me (in a timely fashion) ...I have no problem updating this review.

Name of Person on the Order: Eric Daniels
Tracking #: 940191020088378XXXXXXX
Date Shipped: May 1, 2018
Payment Preference: PayPal

The CashNowOffer.com website says "Get Paid. You receive payment the same day that your order is received and verified by our team. We send tracking emails every step of the way". I have not received payment or contact of any kind from them like the above quotation from the website says.

On 04/31/2018 I entered into an agreement to sell 6 unopened, that were (at time of shipping) well within the 6 month time period that they claim they need the test strips to be within ...the packaging looked like it just came out of the pharmacy ...brand new. Locally those strips are $194.00 per box full out of pocket retail, that comes to $1,164.00 worth of test strips that they have had in their hands since 05/03/2018 according to the United States Post Office and I haven't received my money as of yet or heard anything from them for that matter.

Beware you’ll be ripped off.

It’s been over two months and still have not received my check. Took several emails to get a response. Was told they were having problems in accounting and should receive payment soon. That was a month ago. No response from emails either. Do not trust or use this company.

Get even

I have only dealt with this business (if you want to call it that) one time prior to this one. My package was received by them on April 25, 2018, at 10:02 am. And I requested to be paid by PayPal. And guess what, no money yet, on 5/7/18. I have emailed, texted, and called numerous times. we all know how that ended, nothing. I agree that we need to get a class action suit against them because they have committed numerous laws. A few of them include false advertising, theft by deception, and various FCC on Facebook.
So lets hit them where it hurts in their wallet!

Cashnowoffer.com class action lawsuit

Pretty much same story here. By yourself really nothing can be done but a class action lawsuit would get yours mine everyone’s money back. Looking into this. Don’t be surprised if you get a card in the mail from a class action legal firm wanting your permission to get our money and give this scum owner and his worthless so called company some legal irony. 😃
