I request a kit and followed the instruction to the letter. I have copies of all the documents as well as my test strip box in their mailing box with the expiration date showing. I got Zero dollars. I requested payment from him several times and got nothing. 8 boxes $200.00 rip off!

They received my three boxes $150 on 6/7/18 I have yet to speak to any numerous call two emails for my payment!!! Nothing!!!! I will never use them please don't use this company cashnowoffer.com!!!! Full of lies calling the BBB and FBI on them today!!!!

OK IT TOOK ( four 4 ) months but I did get payed!!!!!! KEEP IN MIND THIS COMPANY WORKS on a tight budget and theses medical supplies go to charity CHARITY charity CHARITY there not a rip off ether you will get payment. If your that hard up for cash and can’t be prepared to wait if it takes time to get paid and don’t understand they are a non- profit company then don’t send them to them ! Company is a rip-off wish I had checked reviews. I had used them last year and was okay but now I’m out $300.

I sent them test strips which they told me is $132.00. I am desperate I am a widow and really needed the money. They have yet to pay me his been over a year. I do not trust this company they will not contact me back. And they took advantage of my blind friend he sent in over $300 worth of merchandise and have they have yet to pay him. We have pictures of everything that was sent and when it was sent and they still will not pay him or I. How can you trust someone that takes advantage of disabled people. They should be ashamed of their selves but like most other businesses all they care about is their money. People get prosecuted everyday for taking advantage of disabled people what about this company. Are they above the law?

I sent in my strips on April 25 and they were picked up at Post Office April 27. It is now May 30 and I still have received no money or no returned calls as to why I have no payment I call everyday and leave a message and have not heard from them yet! DO NOT DEAL HERE!!!!

Website and literature claims quick payment within 24-hours if you use PayPal. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM! I have called and left messages, I have emailed, I have texted, and still no payment. They received my package on April 23 and 37 days later, still no payment. Received an apologetic email from Kelly who said the accounting department is "behind" but she would forward my message. UPDATE: I finally received payment via PayPal after opening a complaint with the Chicago Better Business Bureau.

Sent a package to them, they received it December 4th, 2017..... As of May 26th 2018 I have been in sporadic email contacts with several members of staff, mainly Ashley. On April 30, 2018 I sent in my sales order of 3 boxes of test strips. On May 02, 2018 cashnowoffer.com received the box. Today is May 24, 2018 and I have not received any payment, text ,email, or phone call from any employee of Cash Now Offer!!!

Bad service they haven't send my payment its been since December 2017 they still your supplies liar. Im reporting this too BBB.

They suck 5 months still. Didnt pay.called miss harris she said she cant. Get him.will as of now im suei g him for 204.00dont do any business with this company . they dont pay dont aner phones.but have no problem sending kits.

After my first review, a gentleman reached out and let me know that it was under new management. I complied and gave him my information. I thought he was going to make it right because we were corresponding regularly. Haven't heard from him since. Very disappointing.
