Cashoot is a breath of fresh air
So so easy. Have attempted to sell phones previously and companies either give you less than quoted, never return the phone or are just hassle. Giving it to an agent rather then sending away is perfect. Great price and really simple app. Agent was great, stress free. Cashoot is a breathe of fresh air in this field.

Quick and easy!
Signed up online in minutes, I was honest about the handset and arranged to deliver it to one of their agents near me. Upon arriving the agent checked the phone and was very friendly and welcoming. Left the handset with the agent in One Mobile - Birmingham whilst I had a look around the store and within around 5-10 minutes full payment was in my bank account it was that quick and easy! I don’t usually leave reviews but that was great customer service from both parts. Thanks.

We do understand in some cases our prices are lower and other cases they are higher than other competitors such as CEX.
We do always have money to buy though! Customers have told us on many occasions that they went to CEX, but they weren’t buying, only offering CEX vouchers.
Regarding other companies where you post the device, the money takes days to arrive (we are less than 30 mins) and some of them have been known to over critic the device once they receive it and significantly lower their offer.
I can see you did end up selling a device to us, so we can’t be all bad :)

My experience
I bought a new phone but because I was past the 14 day returns period I couldn't return it so I wanted to sell it and just stick with my old one.
I started my search on google which lead me to Cashoot. They were offering more then CeX and the payment time promised on their website was appealing. I was a little worried at first because I had never heard of this company before but I gave it a shot.
Of course if you want full price for a phone you sell on sites like eBay but I used them for the ease of less hassle of returns and whatnot.
So, I placed my order online, uploaded my ID and other required info. Within a few minutes I got a WhatsApp asking for the imei of the phone as it was a brand new model.
Once they checked that I went to the agent which was local.
The guy inside the store was extremely helpful and pointed out that I made a mistake with the storage on my phone which in fact was 512GB and not 256GB like I thought. He could have easy told me nothing but suggested I send Cashoot a message and place a new order. The agent was on my side. To be fair Cashoot should have noticed this when I provided them my IMEI number but then again if I was buying a better model then I thought, I would have kept stumped about it too.
Before I left the store the money was already in my account and a confirmation WhatsApp from Cashoot telling me about it.
From start to finish it took me less then an hour of placing my order, taking it to the agent and getting paid.
I genuinely am really happy with the service and if I have need again I would most certainly use them again. Couldn't recommend enough.
