They promise fast withdrawal but they don’t. They kept my withdrawal pending in purpose from Thursday to Friday. I asked the customer support to help me process my withdrawal before weekend and they kept it till sunday to send me email to verify my account. I sent my documents for verification before 3 days! And they kept my balance until i lost them all.
The casino uses time manipulation tactics to let players lose their funds. Which is bad behavior and scam.

Scam casino. Worst experience I’ve had on a site. Bought bonuses and got disconnected to the funds missing in my account from the buy but got no bonus. I was winning on hacksaw slots then all of a sudden my account is locked. I have over 2400 in tether in there that’s now gone. Customer service is a freaking joke. Please do not feed these joke casinos. You will only get scammmed. I’m a streamer and will make sure I get this online casino on blast. The customer service can’t answer anything and need to send to management. No one knows where my money went and why all of a sudden hasksaw slots mean my accounts locked.
