I deposited Ksh 10000 and got a bonus of kes 12000. Placed several bets where some won. One day I wake to find they've reduced my balance from 50k to 38k. The money is still locked by bonus and the wager remains constant even after winning again and again. One have to keep betting until all the money is lost. Biggest thuggery ever!

I have an account as an affiliate to promote the brand. Asked for a withdrawal and it is pending since October. Contacted them via email, also tried to reach the affiliate manager and didn´t get any response. Even the casino chat I tried to use, explained my issue but got a reply such as "how can I help you" after 4 HOURS.

They typically don't respond to emails, depositing money is way too smooth, but withdrawing your winnings is where they draw the line, it's past a week now still awaiting my withdrawals.

Needs a lot of patience dealing with these guys.

After i made some extra winnings they declined my withdrawal request and searching for additional documents...after 1 week of this agony and support that only repeats itself and lies still nothing,they just delaying as much possible so i keep playing and losing....
Not to mention they canceled 2 winning bets that i won for stupid reason like the odds were incorrect(the odds were correct) and the RTP in casino is so bad,made so many bonus buy and got huge minus...And also they disabled cash out option for me,still didn't fixed it after months!

I have been trying to verify my profile its always being rejected after several attempts, My bank statement was provided with my name and address boldly written on it still the same results everytime i tried its really difficult trying to verify users profile on this betting site so I don't recommend it for anyone else

Avoid at all costs! Super low betting limits on all games, unable to even bet on a lot of things, and the allegedly 24/7 chat is unresponsive.

In addition, they lied to me when I asked to confirm wager limits before depositing. When they have my deposit, there is only radio silence.

EDIT: I have chat transcripts to show that I asked if I could bet one bitcoin on a game and was told yes. I have tried probably 300+ different games and wagers and the limit is always super low (often max is 150 euro).

The issues with cyber.bet is continuing. I am still prevented from withdrawing after two rounds of verification. Also, even though their Responsible Gaming tab said I should be able to, I am unable to set wager or loss limits.

UPDATE: After having sent close to 20 different pictures verifying my identity+ even a video, I am still denied verification and withdrawal.

In addition, Cyber.Bet is lying on their Responsible Gaming page. They say they offer wager and loss limits, but they're not and haven't been for 1+ weeks. Allegedly they are "reworking" these features, but they have no problem still stating that the features are available on their page.

Now my account was blocked without any explanation or reason.

FINAL UPDATE: Several days after my account was blocked, I received an email saying that my account was terminated as they had 'reasonable suspicion' to believe that I have been involved in 'fraudulent or illegal activities'. This is obviously false and I will be taking legal action.

AVOID THIS SITE, it's literally theft what they're doing.

I have taken a $10 USD bonus from them and have been winning around 200 USD - 1000 ++ MYR.

Since their bonus have a condition of doing turnover of the winning - MYR 1500. I did put alot of bets but the turnover have not been reduced even for a single cent.
When this is highlighted to their support, they keep giving me irrelevant reasons as below

Did not bet at higher odd of 1.85 ---> None of my bets are below 1.85
Did not play at the designated provider ----> Tried multiple designated provider, no turnover is reduced after bet

Since then, the only thing the support mention is there's nothing wrong with our site!! Yeah right, despite having no way to reduce turnover. Your money is with them forever.

So I saw an ad for Cyber Bet, clicked and signed up. I deposited 50,000 KES through Mpesa and placed a single bet that won me 17000 KES. I played another single bet and won making my amount to be 120,000 KES.

I also discovered they have my favorite game - Aviator and started playing.

Believe me, I was very lucky and kept winning. At one point, my balance was 500,000 KES! I was so happy and as I was awaiting verification so that I can withdraw my winnings and some of it.

Unfortunately, when I finally got verified and hit the withdrawal section, I got hit with a very unpleasant reality! They had now indicated I had to roll over 151,000 KES which I did not even understand what it meant.

I decided to place a single bet on a friendly match between Japan and Peru and won.

As we speak, my balance is 223520 KES but I can't withdraw it.

I have written to them but they will not respond anymore or even explain how to go about it. I suspect they are broke or just a bunch of Nazi scammers.

Luckily for me, and other would-be victims in Kenya, this will not happen again. I have made it very clear to them that I will have their payment method in Kenya closed since I know the CEO of Safaricom which operates Mpesa.

At this point, I won't bother begging them for my own money, they will be forced to give it all to me.

So now the scam company has replied to my review to indicate how serious they are with AML and that they added extra wagering requirements to my account to prevent money laundering!

Guys, don't fall for it, don't deposit even a cent of a dollar with these scammers, I repeat, don't deposit! They are scammers and if they want to sue me so that I can prove my case, I tell them to bring it on!

It started with a really hard identify process with like 3 documents. When that was done i was done with it, thought I. But after a time a start to winning money and I wanted to do a withdraw, 3000€. Now they wanted a new document and after i sent it, they took a long time to check it up, like 6-7days. When they was done with it, my balance was now 5000€. Now i try to make a withdraw and after 2days in pending they Canceled it. A new document with a picture of homepage and selfie together.
Now i was done and under this time they blocket my account, with 5000€+ on the account.
And today 10days after i got 180€ back to my account... Dont play on this site. SCAMMERS! watch out for this site.

After checking all other rewievs so dont tell me about same IP-Adress on multiple account, thats just BULLSHlT.. All that won like 2k€+ has the same problem. Just be honest and tell us all that this is scamming.

Hello, I want to create a lodge against Cyber.bet because on two weeks ago sunday (2023.04.23.) I have made a withdrawal (154,25 EUR) which they declined after two days on 2023.04.25 and said that they need additional picture of me holding my ID card in fornt of my monitor next to my players account detailed part and at the same time they disabled the withdrawal page for me. I have fulfilled their request on that day (2023.04.25) but they still didn't check/accept my additional photo. On the chat they just lying and promising that they will accept it, first said that this take 2-3 business days, after it has expired, they stated it takes 5-6 business days which expired as well. I have been waiting for more than 8 days for their acceptance and today they just deducted almost 120 EUR from my gaming account without any reason, after that they blocked my account too and got an email from them:

Based on the verification result, a decision was made to block your account. The rest of the deposit will be returned within 20 days with a deduction of a commission of 15% for all operations.

According to paragraph Cyber.bet reserves the right to immediately terminate the User’s/Client’s use of the Service and close the Client’s account without prior notice if there is a reasonable suspicion to believe that:

the User/Client has breached these Terms;
the Client is involved or has been involved in fraudulent or illegal activities, including money laundering.

In the event of the application of the consequences provided in this article, Cyber.bet reserves the right to rescind an obligation to refund any amount of funds, deposited on account of the Client, exceeding the number of funds, initially deposited by the respective Client on his/her account."

Obiously there hasn't happened anything that would justify their actions, they just find out a reason for not paying me out. I just want to encourage everyone to avoid them from afar.

I made a withdrawal 5 days ago they dont complete it for all that days they keap telling me wait wait wait untill today with computer reply some time

They closed my account and steal all money without any reason. They wrote some lies that I broke the rules, but it's a pure lie.

I deposited 100 euro, played a few bets, winning/losing, when I reached about 200 euro I tried to withdraw.
My withdrawal was declined, they wrote that they want to verify my account, my account was already verified a couple of months ago.
I had to send them a selfie with my ID and cyberbet account. I did it.
In the meantime my money was back in my cyberbet account, so I still playing, got over 300 euro, then I won another two bets, but they cancelled it with no reason...
So I stopped playing and patiently waited to verify my account and then to withdraw.
Then they wrote that my selfie was not clearly visible, that's a lie but ok, I sent another one.
The same story, not clearly visible, I asked which part is not visible and they wrote many times same story, document must to be clear visible again and again.
Finally, they closed my account because in their opinion I broke some they rules, which is a pure lie.
After a few weeks when I wrote to them by email and live chat they sent me 12 euros....
So they steal from me over 300 euros in general.
