The worse thing to do in this site is to deposit money, those guys are scammers. They may allow you one smooth transaction, you can never withdraw your money again.

I deposited $93 and I won $113 after playing bet, I requested for withdrawal but it was decline. They ask me to snap my face, Id and newspaper together, they said it will take 5 working days to verify, after 8 working days I didn't hear from them, I started reaching out to them everyday, is like my I'm disturbing them, they sent me an email that my account is blocked permanently with a claim that I have multiple accounts that my winning will be canceled and my deposits will be refund.

Since that time till now, they refused to pay me back my deposits, i have chat with them, sent emails consecutive times, they're ignoring me and refusing to refund my money.

Avoid them as you can, save your money.

You will never get your money out from this site. Once you deposit there is no way to withdraw if you make some profits.

Okay, so I had about 2.7k$ won into my account in Cyber.Bet Casino, I also have videos and screenshots of my account. I had less than 10$ then went on a lucky run on the game “Crazy Time” and made about 2.7k$. When I requested to withdraw the money they requested a photo of me holding an ID and a newspaper which I sent to them and after one week they said today my account was suspended for “money laundering” which don’t even make sense, what did I launder, 5$?

Anyway, the moral of the story is don’t go to this casino, cancel them because they don’t give your money that you win.

This is my situation at the moment, if there are any updates I will update this review but by the looks of it they are scammers.
I am also going to contact Evolution and Pragmatic Play because they have licensed their games to these frauds.

I deposited 50€ a few months back. Made a profit of around 250€. I then stopped playing as I didn’t need the money and at the time I thought that sometime in the future I will return to play. Well, the time did come and I tried to log in to my account. It was frozen. Support said I had to verify my account. Verification process for me was created as hard as possible. At first I had to send a picture of my face, my ID card and a newspaper. After that was accepted I had to send a video with my face, ID card and one of my social media accounts as if the first step wasn’t enough. After that they decided to close my account because I am laundering money. Joke of a company.

Shouldve read the review before i signed up earlier this week.

Tried to contact support twice, had some question about their withdrawal limits rules etc, just got a screenshot from their t&c and he chat the chat.

Later today i asked if i can wager if i played sportsbet live, insta closed the chat again..

Later this night i placed bets again on icehockey, barely started the wager, won some, and now im already limited on my bets! (still have 10k++€ to wager)

Went of course back to support and ask why i already have limitationts on my bettings, cant even bet 5€, and guess what, customer service answers:
"there are technical limitations of the system per day, which would have to wait for them to be renewed since it is an automated system
after 12 at night they update" funny thing is that i placed a bet 15 seconds before, but got limited right after that, so tech issues.. sure thing support..

after a few days I just gave up the money and lost on random bets. After that i asked them to perma ban my account, didnt respons, so I made a ticket.

I wasnt even gonna write this review, but since it took over 3 emails back and forth with them on why i wanted the ban, + they asked me that i can freeze my account to cool off instead....

If u guys need proof, I can send pictures of all the communications with live chat and on emails.

Red lights shouldve blinked way earlier, if u want to have a fair betting site, STAY AWAY from this one

Cyber bet is a BIG SCAM

.Was close to finish the welcome bonus rollover, when
I could not place any bet anymore, due to missing verification. This without any warning. It's been now one week and I'm still not verified, even after uploading all required documents quickly. Customer Support doesn't reply to my mails anymore. There reply was always they I will hear from support. They don't tell you when documents are declined. You constantly need to check yourself.
Stay away. They trying everything they can to delay withdrawals and stop you from getting your money.

Update: after one week finally some update again. Second ID document needed. Sont unserstand why. Support still needs to be improved drastically. Again no update by mail. I had to go in and check the status myself.

Update 2: verification finally done, but the whole process is very frustrating. Not let's see if withdrawal will work without any problems

They asked me to take a selfie with my I D card on their website
I have sent a lot of photos yet they keep declining them
I doubt if they will let me withdraw my money!

They have closed my account and kept the money on it

about year ago I started betting at cyber.bet and all was good until I won some money and tried to withdraw. then they immediately blocked my account with about 300€. after contacted support automatic reply was I can contact them to get answer in 6 month, they didn't answer me anything after that. 6 month passed and I contacted them, this was answer:

so, they BELIEVE I did something wrong and took my money! without any evidence! of course I did nothing wrong but You can see where it goes...
Unfortunately now I see I'm not only victim.
I also did document verification.

In the process of my review of cyberbet how they have responded to my review claiming that used I used a fraud bug to deposit system which is impossible because in Kenya Mpesa is not a fraud system and cyber best-saying mpesa deposit system is a fraud that would mean Mpesa the largest money mobile is a fraudulent system which is not true.
Cyberbet is spreading lies about Mesa to have been attacked by a bug because Mpesa is a genuinely strong money mobile system that has no case of bug or fraud ever reported whatever that means.....
Simply Cyberbet is trying to tarnish the name of Mpesa now by claiming a bug was used in mpesa to deposit in their system.
Cyber bet is just good at scamming clients because if you are looking at the people's reviews you can understand that I can not be the only person complaining.
So I would like my review to remain stronger on alerting people that Cyberbet is indeed a scam and nobody should trust them with money above 100€.
I would kindly ask Trustpilot to make it easier to upload screenshots so a review can look more accurate with screenshots.
I'm going to upload screenshots showing the process of deposit in the cyberbet which indicate the amount to deposit by mpesa or AstropM-Pesa which allows a person to understand how much money you are depositing into their systems in local currency before you execute a deposit which proves that Mpesa or Astropay have no problem affecting their system.
In short, we can clearly say cyber best doesn't pay clients when the winning goes beyond 100€ instead they point finger at a client with false accusations.....And now they are claiming that mpesa is not safe according to their response to my complaint against them.
Simply they have scammed me 670.33€. and attribute errors to the Mpesa system.
There are no errors in mpesa deposits or Forex brokers or betting ....Using Mpesa is safe
Mpesa always give accurate calculations.
So mpesa is safe and Cyberbet is not.

Unfortunately, cyberbet claim that I used a bug fraud to deposit into their account after they had permanently blocked my account and having taken 670€ out of my account.
They don't have proof of any bug usage to deposit in their account and whatever that means...
I have a screenshot and messages to counter their claim and make it clear to all Kenyans to be very cautious about cyberbet skimming.
I have a few friends from Europe and Asia too that lost over 2000€ in cybertbet.
With screenshots and message confirmation of my deposit, they have nothing but lies to counter red alerts on them.
Just stay away from these bookies even authorities are now onto them.
In the worst case, I don't know what a bug means.
Unless Cyberbet return my money and my account I will forever warn people against them
