I've started to reuest my first withdrawal early September, I had to verify my KYC, to "wagering" 5000€ on a 100€ deposit, after they requested a Selfie with my ID which I have done.

My balance is now 2000€, I finally requested my withdrawal on 15/09 at 00:00 GMT. They should have processed to it within 3 working days but still "AWAITING". That's crazy how they are acting, I wish I would have read the trustpilot review before.

I guess the money is lost.

I have never seen a website so open to frustrating their clients as cyber.bet. I read the trust pilot reviews but stupidly decided to join them anyway. I even Got my account verified, but once I tried withdrawing, that's when the drama unfolded. I was then told to take a selfie with my ID and holding a newspaper. I did that. Was told to wait 5 days to get a response. One month later, no reply. I guess my money just washed down the drain.

They rejected my widrawal, and clouse widrawal section, now i can’t make any widrawal. They are not anwswering emails, just waiting then you loose everything, i sugest dont use this scammers service

this people is a very big scammers indeed they give you extra wager what type of company does that. they don't want you to win or withdraw. they always want you to lose your money with them.

This is a scammy casino, avoid it at all costs!

First of all, I deposited 200 euros and I placed a single sports bet on odds of 3.6, which I won. Btw, I didn't use any bonus! Then I completed the KYC verification, and I thought that I will be able to withdraw my money.

However, they added some "special wager" of 1,400 euros that I will have to complete before being able to withdraw. Even though this was something ridiculous, to wager 7x the deposit amount, I did it.

Then I requested another withdrawal request that was rejected. Now I can see that they added ANOTHER 1,400 eur special wager that I will have to complete on single sports bets on odds of 1.9 or more!!

They even stop responding to my emails about the reasons that they are doing this. And from what I can see, they can always use that "point" in their terms and conditions until their customers lose all of their money!

This is the biggest scam ever in betting..how can they even be allowed to exist???they give you a bonus and then they ask you to win it over 20 times inorder to make any withdrawal..and the worst thing is you cant reject the bonus like you do in other sites...and considering all these complaints is there nowhere that we can report them?

They will always refer you to a stupid terms of service. I wonder why their website is still online, they are really scamming all their clients.

I wish i read these comments before depositing 🤣 but I won a bet and did the turn over qualification to withdraw, I already verified my account but they cancelled my withdraw for security reasons and ask for selfie with id and fresh newspaper, they will response within 5 days and today is 4th day, I’ll update here if my withdraw was successful or i got scam.

Site is truely a scam I have gambled on many sites before but this one tops it off.
1. Deposit $250 Turned it into 1000
2. Made more bets on esports and turned it into $2400
3. Won a bet which they cancelled after and set my account limit per bet to 1$ -2$ MAX
4. Tried cashing out the current balance and after they asking for 3 pieces of ID they terminated my account saying I was money laundering.

First is all, there is no terms stating that that's is a wagering requirement on REAL MONEY..
the terms you quoted only apply to BONUS, PROMOTIONS and some conditions on a Particular game/event..
My case is on MY REAL MONEY..

Secondary, in as must as I disagree, I have also met your wagering requirement of wagering extra N259,847 by wagering an excess total of N375,000.. Yet, you haven't enabled my withdrawal.

No matter what you throw at me and I met them, you're never gonna release my money..

From 18th of July till 26th July, I have staked a total of N264,845 at odds not less than 1.82..

With this, I have met and exceeded the conditions given to me. Why haven't you reviewed my account for my due withdrawal??

From the above mail conversation, it it obvious Cyber.bet are scammers and will continue throwing unending conditions on your money to prevent you from making withdrawal..

All the comments are real. Once you deposit money, your ID problems will start. They will bring you round n round like a hamster and then you will not get back a single cent. Big big scam company.

Do not deposit on cyberbet,if you win your bets,they will request a wager requirement(Turnover of your winnings) without a proper explanation.

This is a scam.
They send you bonus offers daily but will not let you pay out. They limit your account and request more and more details on your identify.
First you do not have any limits but after a while you will get a limit which decreases over time. They tell you that those limits are for all users depending on the market or they tell you that there is server maintenance and several other reasons.
They delay verification again and again until they ban your account without refund or withdrawal.
The support is part of the criminal behaviour and supporting this actively with the answers they give to you (always different answers on same topic, nothing is true).

All I wanted is to get back my initial 250€ deposit but there is no chance.

If they are fair and refund me I will update it in my review here of course.
