Don t use this bookmaker , i won first bet after few minutes they canceled my bet.
Reason :
12.5. The following bets are considered to be accepted by mistake:

A bet, which conditions (including odds) are drastically different from those that are available in the market at the time the bet was made;
A bet which is incorrect given the probability of the related outcome at the time the bet was made;
A bet placed with obvious violations of the nature of betting business or the market (including a bet accepted after the event in question has ended, the bets on events).

They gave bad odds on that , i bet that stake in that moment in another bookmaker and no problem there , everywhere the same odds but with this point they can cancel every stake they want . I never had experience like this . Don t register there if you don t want lose money , now i am ready for that they will not pay my money back .

EDITED : they payed me my funds but without my won , so if u fund your account you should be able withdraw them but they will not let you win money , u can only lose

They closed my account due to term 4.2 in that term it states all the winnings are voided and the deposit funds are returned to the user , i contacted them several times by email never got a response they stole my deposit money and wont pay them , i concted on friday its monday , 4 tickets not a asnwer

I withdrawed my money monday and after 3 days, when i should get the money, they frozen my account. They told me to contact them in 6 months. I had there 783 euro. Can't we really do anything to get our money back? Can't we complain somewhere, force them to give our money back?

Very same experience as many people have already mentioned here. All my bets were placed on tennis (all of them ATP challengers), some of my bets were cancelled - ok, fine, I can get over it. Then, when I tried to withdraw my money, I got asked for more documents, which I provided immediately. 5 days later, I got a response from support stating to wait 6 months (!!!) for security checking. Ridiculous, I can't even imagine seeing my money ever again. I did absolutely nothing wrong, all docs provided were real, I didn't log in from any other device than my PC or phone.
EDIT: I've already responded to this email from Trustpilot. It was 7 days ago and I stated my email address there.

Don't trust this website, they banned me 1 year ago, after they declined my 1000€ withdraw, and they told me to contact one year later, and they didn't refund my deposits. Complete scam

Cyberbet has offered me the worst experience ever. Active bets that went through are cancelled without notice after you win. When you write to them, the response is that their system has no errors. Secondly, my account went from 1957/= to 1823/=, that's after I won two bets that could have pushed my balance to over 2K.
Problem is this happens so often and when you complain, they always point the finger at you.
One key problem is that while other bookies have transaction history where every transaction in regard to your deposits, stakes, winnings, withdrawals etc is recorded, cyberbet has a "transactions" where only deposits are recorded. You cannot therefore track anything else.
I wouldn't advise anybody to signup to cyberbet.
I have requested for account closure and refund, let me see how that goes. At this point, I wouldn't be worried losing all that money.

No need to say the same story about my frozen account after I tried to withdraw 350euro..I can't understand how on earth these companies survive anymore? If you are unlucky to register on them without seeing first some review guess what happens..You lose your money either way.Lucky or Unlucky stupid or clever..They make ads on Blogabet with main goal to steal peoples' money.On top of that they ask you for silly selfie photos with no sense just to tell you aftrwards that your account is frozen from now on..I will check the forum details in order to explain clearly what happened to me eventhough they know for sure since it appears as daily phenomenon....In few words, I played in my life on countless betting companies and CB is by far the worst in terms of cheating..STAY AWAY and don't trust some comments that possibly come from their side..

I had deposited there almost 450 euro, had there 420 euro. When i wanted to withdraw i got massage:

"To complete the processing of the application for withdrawing funds from the account, you need to upload the following photo to this ticket:
A photo of your face with your ID Card and the screen with that email from cyber.bet support team. Everything must be in the same photo.
The current date and time must be clearly visible on the screen.
This check is performed once, in order to ensure the processing safety of the withdrawal requests"

I did it and after that i got 2nd massage:

"Your data has been submitted for verification to the specialized department. The answer will be received within 5 business days." and after next 5 bussines days i got next massage:

"Your account has been frozen for our security service checking. For results, you will need to write on email: support after 11.04.2022 or wait for the answer on your mail."

Better to stay away from this company.

Maybe someone can help me to contact with the place where they have licence (maybe they will help me).

2) Problem (frozen account) appears during withdrawal process when user wants get back money.

Cyber.bet answer here is a joke? Any Thomas in our team, we are representing more individual bettors whom cyber.bet is withholding their money/deposits. 6 month block for anwer is joke as well.

Skrill and Visa were contacted.

It has been almost 2 weeks ever since I won 1000$ and they locked my withdrawals claiming they're verifying my account for safety of withdrawals and this was after they asked me to send a selfie showing my face plus the screen of a laptop showing the support ticket with my hand holding my ID card. Mind you, all of these were supposed to be on the same photo! But out of desperation I sent it anyways.

After reading reviews of several people that have been already in my situation that when it dawned to me that I've been scammed. Now according to my own experience I can confidently say that this Bookie is a scam with intents to steal people's money, please note I had initially deposited 90$ three times loosing the bet each time before I finally won the 1000$ and they then decided it's time to lock withdrawals after I initiated one.

Please help me report this bookie to all the payments provider listed on their platform and I'm confident that they will be suspended and no other unsuspecting user's money will be stolen by them.

After I made several deposits, I read some bad reviews about Cyber.bet, so I was afraid about the withdrawal, when I won 400$. The withdrawal wasn`t the fastest. The verification wasn`t the fastest. But an hour ago I received my winnings. I tried the casino section, the games are okay. I made some bets, I like the odds. When I contacted the support a couple of times they answered me pretty fast, most of the times it was less then an hour. So in overall I recommend Cyber.bet, I will deposit again.

Ok for my experience with cyber bet i thinks it is the coolest site I've seen although am from kenya,the odds are good i like it instant cash in just a little bit not happy when it comes to withdraw money.
