Still awaiting withdrawal...
A true and accurate account of my experience with COD so far. Good selection of games and after playing for a while I had a big win. I requested a withdrawal via PayPal on Thursday evening. I was then asked to verify my account, I also had to send a selfie holding my ID. I was then advised that due to St Patrick’s Day bank holiday - my withdrawal would be sent on the following Monday. This never happened. I was then advised that my withdrawal would be sent on Tuesday. This never happened. Apparently there was an “error” with my PayPal. So, I provided screenshots of my account - the same account I continued to deposit funds from. I was also advised to send my bank details so they could try that. I sent my bank details and photographs of my card - front and back, to avoid delay. They have now closed my account whilst they process the withdrawal. I was also told if I continued to request an update on chat, I would be blocked by Teresa. It seems TrustPilot reviews are paramount to this company and whilst my chat experience with Rose, Savannah, Gael & Amanda has all been pleasant, nearly a week on, I still don’t have my funds. I shall update this review and change rating as/when I receive my funds. Please note: I have done everything required set out within their own terms to get my money.

In limited circumstances, withdrawals may be delayed, but only in instances where regulatory checks are required to verify a customer’s details. Unlike some of the larger sites out there today, we have been processing withdrawals seven days a week for some time now, unfortunately at the moment we do not process withdrawals on public holidays for a couple of different reasons. some of which are outside of our control.
Please rest assured we are working on this and do have plans to change it to a full service soon, so do watch this space...

I have been emailing and chatting to support for over a year now, trying to locate a missing credit balance. At first I would get acknowledgment replies advising that it would take time, but now I don’t even get that. I must have emailed at least 10 times over the past 12 months, but I’m still no closer to a resolution. Live chat folks are really nice, Teresa was quite patient with my questions and helpful which is always good. Becca was no different, didn't take her long to reply and provided good support, I've contacted the support on multiple occasions due to verifying account so spoke with few agents, only Catalina seemed to be annoyed that I dare to even try reach help through the chat but it is what it is.
Game selection is rather poor, having only microgaming and pragmatic isn't ideal, bonuses are available only when you pay by card, not paypal so keep a note of this.

This site is actually really good, deposited about £250 with return of £800 so far - well recommended out of my list of casino sites.
Plus live chat is insanely fast - Peggy is some sort of superwoman for sure, always there to help!

As you will see from my reviews, I review sites quite regularly and as good as this site is at the start by moreless letting you win, you soon will hit a barrier where you will wim less and less and bonuses within games become non existent and when you do get them they are minimal win backs. So my rating has gone down to stars.
Think twice possibly and regards express withdrawals they are not express as you would think they can still take a day or 2 to be processed and weekends they do not process until weekday.
