Awful. Logged me out of the site with no notice with live funds in my account, now says my account is closed and I have been sent an email asking for ID. I have received no such email (and the address is correct as I received a password reset on it 2 minutes later from them). Support on chat we’re far from supportive and failed to listen, just telling me I’d received an email. Steer clear.

My partner and I have a gamble a couple of times a year. We don’t often do it but when we do we are able to spend a few thousand to try our luck. Last week we spent £3050.00 on my account and then my account was rejected despite there being enough funds in my account. At this point (of continuous gaming) *Casino of Dreams* site asked for an alternative payment method for deposit. Without issue or warning we then added my partners card whom I had been playing with me all night and had no issue with adding his card and payment method to my account and successfully deposited a further £1000+. After this we won around £7,000 and after gambling on we decided at £5,365 to withdraw £5,300.00 and try our luck on the remaining £65.00 on the account on the 12/06/2021. This is when casino of Dreams showed their reluctance to produce the winnings we had earned. First of all they confirmed the withdrawal request by email which was great. After that I was bombarded with emails from them asking to confirm my identity and address with utility bills driving license and passport (despite being a user of 2years+) which they never cared for before they where asked to pay out. This was when the issue of using my partners card became apparent. They then emailed saying they have new terms and conditions which means that they can void any third party transactions and any subsequent winnings and confirmed they are not going to pay out the winnings as the last deposit came from a third party card account(my partners) They will however refund my partners account of the £1000 deposited but won’t honour a win from a game which we played continuously for hours and hours before this deposit spending £3050+ the £1000 which equally allowed the win.

I have already contacted the gambling commission and financial ombudsman service over this issue

I was think it is trustful. I won and has been verfied very fast. I have a bank account with m wife and never had problems. Pay and pay out account should be same in all Casinos.

But they saw I won with 20€ and canceled my teansfer because I use the card ( From my married wife ) the bank account is still the same the money goes from one account and not 2 the card have the same IBAN but the credit card number (Debit Card ) have 4 other numbers at the and. Also it’s all the Same.

They blocked my tranSfer and don’t want pay it out.

The worst website I have ever played. Can not imagine how rigget are slots.
