I've been waiting for my winnings for 2 weeks now. They are doing everything in their powers to not pay me my £3007.
It took them 3 days after I withdrew my winnings to tell me that they wanted proof that I wasn't a fraudster or a money launderer! It's in their t's&c's apparently. So i provided a picture of my driving licence, which has my address on it. My DOB on it and even my photo on it, and also the date in which it was renewed, which was October 2019, so it's bang up to date.
But this isn't enough for them. They then wanted photos of bank statements and photos of utility bills. I'm paperless with my bank, and the utility bills aren't in my name. So i send them photos of my credit card statement, hiding the personal info, but they could see what it was and my address. Nope! This isn't good enough either. They then wanted to see all 4 edges of the paper. So, took another photo, to incumbent all 4 sides, but now they can't see the writing clearly!!!! I'm at my wits end. I should add, that I also won at 32Red casino this past week. £1250 (i know, lucky me), and sent them 2 pictures that I had taken for Casinoof Dreams. Red32 emailed me within the hour to thank me and processed my winnings, which I now have.
Still waiting on CasinoofDreams to do this, and it's been two weeks and counting.
Seriously, don't use this casino. They don't want to pay out.
Casino's at Bet365, Paddy Power, and Jackpot Joy...they pay you out instantly, the money appears in your bank within the hour...not 3-5 working day, or over 2 weeks as in this case.

i found this casino great i have been a long term member and yes even though sometimes withdrawels can take time its all outlined in their terms and conditions even for all verified players like myself but its usually only 24 hours to start processing, i have lost a few times but i have also won a lot of times its just like any casino you cant always win but if you get unlucky you get bonuses to give you a chance, customer service is great and live chat always connects to someone within minutes. i have stayed a happy customer here and will continue playing win or lose as its one of the fairest casinos out there.

An update on my last review...
Turns out after writing a review, Casino Of Dreams were quick to see to finally reply.
They told me that my bank statement is not okay because I have manually blocked out a couple of transactions on the statement.
These transactions are irrelevant to them, they hold no information they need at all. They do not show deposits to the site and are private and personal to me. The only information Casino Of Dreams needs is the address (to verify) and the date of the statement. Nothing else.
Why do they think they can just see a completely private bank statement in full? It is my prerogative to protect my own person transactions surely. What right do they have to see this? And can they still continue to hold my funds and suspend my account because I refuse to show them?
I also would like to highlight after I questioned this request.... they have stopped replying.
If anyone can help me who I can speak to about this firm to take it out there hands, that would be excellent!

I was new to online wager requirements. I deposit a sum of money then won and won more on slots then went to blackjack then roulette ended up with around 6k but as I went over the wager rules wasn't allowed to withdraw anything. Instead all confiscated and told my deposit only would be refunded. That never happened either. A few hundred deposits to life changing to zero. That's my story. And the response to emails were long i.e 72hrs and rude.

I contacted the Live Chat cause l had a query about a withdrawal. The agent called Gwen was really friendly and helpful. He reassured me and told me my withdrawal would be processed during the day.
The advisor Cat was excellent and talked through my options with me and i could tell she just wanted to help me as much as possible
