WHEN YOU HAVE YOUR VIDEO CALL THEY SEND YOU A LINK AT ASK YOU TO REVIEW THERE AND THEN WHILE YOU ARE STILL ON THE CALL TO THEM. I HAVE RECIED A REALLY AWFUL SILE PROJECTION WITH TEETH STILL CROOKED! I HAVE ASKED FOR A REFUND AND SHOCKER THEY ARE PULLING OUT ALL THE TRICKS IN THE BOOK TO NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! I WILL NOT GIVE UP THOUGH. IF IT NEEDS TO DOWN THE LEFAL ROAD SO BE IT. SCAMMERS!

I’d rate 0 stars if I could. Company make you give a good review on the initial impressions video call before you even deal with the company. Given false time lines constantly. Asked for a refund countless times and got no where so disputed with my bank to be told they have lied to my bank and told them I have received my treatment when they told me my impressions ‘were not workable’ & ‘would need to pay a dentist to do more impressions’ I’m still waiting on my refund as I got one from my bank but it was reversed as this company lied to my bank saying they had sent out the aligners when in fact they used the delivery of impressions kit as proof of delivery. Avoid at all costs it’s totally worth it paying that extra money to a reputable company.

Scam company!
Their customer service employee David was disrespectful, rude, and very unprofessional. A nightmare to deal with! They do not want to refund their customers and will do anything possible to do this, including ignoring emails, hanging up the phone when you call customer service, lying, and basically all round bad service! All the good reviews on here are fake! Read the 1 star reviews to find out what this company is really about!!!

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I canceled my order within the 5 day time period due to their turnaround time being too long for me to wait as I needed the retainers back to me in the next 2 and a half weeks. I sent multiple emails to 'Olivia' (who was apparently my 'personal assistant' in my order) telling her to cancel the order which have all been ignored. Today I called customer service and spoke to someone (David) who consistently kept giving reasons of why I shouldn't cancel the order which I was not interested in. When I told him I was not interested in keeping the order and wanted to cancel he carried on telling me to keep the order and insisting on having the order shipped an alternate way for an extra fee (which I declined). After declining his consistent advances to keep the order he then hung up on me! When I called back he didn't answer the phone, once, twice and I left a message to be called back. This was also ignored. I called back again, no answer. Then I called back again and he picked up. He then lied about cutting me off and claimed there was a 'problem with the line' (on a landline number). Then I asked again to cancel the order to which he carried on doing the exact same thing of insisting I keep the order and have alternate shipping. I declined this suggestion again to which he hung up on me a second time!!! I called back again and this time he claimed he didn't cut me off again, lying! I was on the phone with him again for another 5 minutes trying to get past his constant insisting to keep the order which was getting very annoying. After telling him to cancel the order and refund my money he claimed someone would 'reach out' to me in the next 24-48 hours to make the cancelation and refund. When I asked for an email with the cancelation confirmation he didn't want to do this and said to wait for someone to contact me from another department. His attitude and telephone manor was vile and very disrespectful. I recorded the last 2 phone calls as video evidence of this interaction as I knew this was becoming a fight to claim my rightful cancelation and refund back. I've also had to report them to Klarna and stop anymore payments after this experience as I do not trust their customer service or the company as a whole to be honest! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Scam and dreadful service
Had a terrible service with them first I bought they took too long to reply to impressions email and app didn’t work looked at the reviews saying it’s a scam. When they did reply constant harassment of offers when I clearly stated just refund me all and lied saying we will refund you but took 2 weeks wasted hours of my time. When trying to get my refund I was threatened to give give good review or no refund from David . I eventually got my refund as I’m supposed to anyway even if I don’t like yes Harvey did refund but it took him 2 weeks and did get refund eventually lie after lie. All these good reviews form everyone it’s so u can get a refund they are not clearly true . slow service ,scam reviews ,threaten with lies and rude and don’t pick up phone. Never use these service and just rude from David

Don't be fooled by the five-star reviews - they're pushed on you before treatment starts. This is actually my second review; they got the first one removed by offering a price reduction mid-treatment.
Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Nearly 12 months in and I'm still on aligner 5.
They sent me a morphed aligner, told me to skip ahead, then insisted I keep wearing one that didn't fit. It shifted my teeth into a position where none of the following aligners worked. When I left a bad review, they refused mid-treatment correction - until I complained, at which point they charged £150, then dropped it to £75 if I removed the review. I paid. That was in January.
Four months on, I'm still waiting for the smile projection, then aligner approval, then probably 6 weeks of fabrication, then probably another month or two for delivery. They give me concrete dates that never materialise. I wouldn't be bothered if they were just honest about timelines, instead of producing the same responses with generic apologies.
Save yourself the money and the hassle. Nightmare from the start!
