I called Cassidy travel in Swords…
I called Cassidy travel in Swords Pavilions, Swords explaining that because of certain medical issues my husband and I had not been on holiday for over a year and a half. Amanda dealt with me very courteously and asked where I had in mind. Two holiday spots had been recommended by friends one on Costa del Sol the other on the Algarve Portugal. She took the details of suitable dates and possible hotels. I received an email the follow morning setting out very good itineraries. When I called the office the following day looking to speak with Amanda I was dealt with very well by Michelle who mentioned that Amanda was with a client she asked if she could help in any way.I mentioned change of sears on flight to Faro and she took a note and got Amanda to call me back. Everything was organised so well call backs, speed of possible itineraries. We have booked our holiday with Cassidy Travel and look forward very much to it. Our experience was very positive.
