Amazing services. Cannot fault them at all.

I ordered a sofa and chair from the Tonbridge showroom. The process was easy and delivery was fast within a few working days. All very smooth.

Recently purchased a triple wardrobe from Hythe store. Very helpful instore service. Delivery and wardrobe build staff were clean, polite and very helpful.

Good customer service. Followed up with updates by phone as promised.Delivery guys very careful & respectful of property.

Really helpful service all the way through. Didn't try to over complicate the mattress technology, and it was reassuring to know that the beds in the store were the top 10/12 best sellers based on customer experience. Kept us informed about delivery etc. Team who delivered and installed our new bed and took the old one away were fantastic. 2 flights of stairs, and one of the hottest days of the year and they didn't grumble or cut any corners. Took all the packaging away with them. Would highly recommend.

Two chairs turned up rise and recliner was great to start with 3 days in one started to make noise when it rise up and down it’s creaking when you sot in it or get up

The products I ordered were spotted by my beady-eyed Mum in the Caston’s store front. I wasn’t able to get to the store myself but staff were more than happy to help with photos and measurements and allowed by Mum to borrow the fabric sample book for a short period.

The staff were aware of my new house purchase and accommodated the delivery of my items around this.

On the day of delivery I was informed of my drop number and a rough estimated time. I then received a phone call 30 minutes beforehand to inform me they were on their way.

The two gentleman that arrived to deliver and assemble my purchases were friendly, cautious in handling the products and manoeuvring in them and were efficient.

Overall, staff at Castons could not have been more helpful - a great family run business. Would highly recommend

First time using Caston Furniture. Although I had a date of delivery they telephoned beforehand with a delivery time which was very helpful. They were very cheerful, and energetic. They were respectful of my property and willing to put my furniture in place. They took my old furniture without any fuss. very happy with this service. Gave me the opportunity of inspecting the furniture.

From ordering to delivery we received excellent service. The salesperson was extremely helpful and gave us plenty of advice, and when the delivery was made the two delivery guys were very helpful, friendly and obliging. Nothing was too much trouble.

I went in, thinking the sofas all looked expensive.. to my shock, they were extremely reasonable, and I got a three seater and two seater for approx £1000. I ordered on Monday and they were delivered on Thursday with a collection of my old sofa.

The staff in the shop were very helpful and patient. The delivery drivers were extremely helpful and explained the mechanics of my chair again to me, as I had forgotten.
