Very pleased with the service I have had from Castons furniture . The help I had choosing in store my chair and also the very helpful delivery men. I needed to order some of my chair upholstery fabric.The lady I spoke to on the phone so helpful in organising this for me.

Good choice of first class furniture and fabric options. Service was first class and Amanda was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient.

John and Dave phoned 20 min before they arrived, stayed about 10min and fitted my extendable oak 6-seater table and ask oak king size bed frame.

Our second visit to Castons in Hythe today and our second purchase from them. A really good service from Amanda. Their prices are competitive and compare well even to online prices. We wanted an adjustable bed and Amanda arranged to have one sent to the store so that it could be demonstrated: nothing is too much trouble. Good quality British made furniture at competitive prices. Highly recommend.

Amanda, whom served us, was very helpful and there was sales no pressure. The furniture is good quality and way cheaper than similar stuff we'd looked at at DFS. Delivery was free and on-time.

Looking for a new bed and wanting to buy British from an independent retailer we went to Castons Tonbridge store. Very good range, competitively priced with knowledgeable and helpful salesman. Delivery team excellent. Based on our experience, would definitely recommend.

What a wonderful experience, from the moment I entered Castons Furniture Shop in Hythe the customer service was first class. Amanda, a member of staff, couldn't have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I needed a bed and by that afternoon I had an amazing new, top quality bed delivered, assembled by two brilliant delivery guys. Having called into the shop on the off chance to see what products were available we were greeted and helped by Amanda, who allowed us to browse and answered our questions without being “in your face”. We called back a week later with the intention of placing an order which we did. It was good to see that the company supported British producers of the furniture sold and all were of good quality with a substantial choice of fabric and leather colours. We did place an order and, again, Amanda was very helpful. I will write again once good have been received.

Nice to have personal service and to be able to try and buy our sofa in their Tonbridge showroom.

It was great service from start to finish furniture being delivered on time and great service in shop from Amanda and delivery staff could not have been more helpful and polite would definitely use them again

We were strolling through Hythe when we spotted some good looking suites in the Castons window.
We were not intending to buy, that is until we sat on the Sherborne suite in the window.
I can honestly say that it was the most comfortable suite that I have ever sat on.
Amanda was extremely helpful without being pushy and in your face.
We took home some swatches and later that day went back and ordered two settees and a chair.
Today, they were delivered, again by the most polite and helpful people that I have encountered.
Now that they have gone, we can relax on our new suite - and it is magic!
I shall have to watch that I do not fall asleep.
Very impressed all round - Castons could not have done better - and it is not often these days that you can say that!

On time and communicated well.

Paid a visit today to Castons in Hythe for the purpose of buying a new 3 piece suite. Amanda spent nearly 2 hours with us and was extremely helpful in us being able to make a decision on our purchase. It was so nice to deal with a long established company in a small town. Customer service was excellent and I am sure we would not have received this attention with one of the larger companies. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Quick delivery and set up. Took all their waste and gave some important advice to ensure the item was used correctly.

A good family run business. I recently purchased a bed and bedside table. I am very happy with the service provided, nice and friendly. I went to the Hythe department and was surprised just what a wide range of beds and furniture there is on display, with an upstairs as well. David the proprietor informed me that the family had been in business for 115 years, absolutely amazing. I like supporting local small businesses. I'm a very happy customer. The delivery guys were great and very helpful and polite. I am happy to recommend
