Castr streamkey not affiliated with Blackmagic.
The only thing that I don’t like is that when we try to add the castr platform on the Blackmagic Atem switcher, every livestream platform is on there except for Castr. So we have to go through a process to get the BM Atem mini switcher a stream key to stream to YouTube and Facebook at the same time. I wish Castr was affiliated with Blackmagic devices.

It was a great system and they keep expanding its usefulness. It is now very easy to stream to multiple platforms or have the video live on your own website.

it seems like a scam
I tested their software before my event, and it worked fine. Then earlier that day I tested it again, and it wouldn't work. The IT person spent almost 2 hours with me trying to figure it out only to finally realize it was a problem on their end. Luckily that was in barely enough time for me to sign up for another platform and stream my event with no issues. However, when I asked for a refund for my paid month, they denied my request every time. It was so absurd. I had verified proof from them that the issue was theirs, but they still denied it every time and would not offer any reasons. I kept asking to speak directly with the billing team, and they wouldn't allow me to. Finally they told me that I waited to long to ask for a refund.... well this was the timeline: I signed up on 1/8/23. I did this so I could properly test their product before my event on 1/20. Then on 1/20 their product failed, they admitted it was their fault, and I asked for a refund. (This is all documented in their chat logs). I never heard a response, so on 1/28 I requested a refund again and was denied. I kept giving additional info (even though they had access to all of the chat logs) and kept being denied. I NEVER leave negative reviews, but I honestly feel this company is not honest and I want to save others the hassle of going through them.

Use this service and you'll get robbed in broad daylight
Like many others, I took advantage of the BLACK FRIDAY offer and committed to a yearly package. In hindsight, I regret that decision and wish I had opted for a monthly subscription to test the service first.
It was a significant error in judgment. Initially, I was impressed by their flashy website and features, believing these folks were experts in their field. However, it quickly became evident that they were utterly inexperienced, and their service and servers couldn't outperform my eight-year-old laptop.
If you're considering using this service for a broadcast to multiple platforms, I strongly advise against it. Spare yourself the embarrassment and explore other options.
I'm located in London and have a 350MB internet connection via Fiber for both uploads and downloads. Throughout the pandemic, I conducted numerous livestreams without a hitch. My hope was that this service would enable me to expand to multiple platforms, but it turned out to be a grave error.
During my livestreams, frames would drop every 2 to 3 minutes, lasting for 15 to 30 seconds each time. In a two-hour stream, I experienced approximately 30 of these disruptions before I decided to call it quits.
While I was live, I reached out to their live chat support, which, regrettably, proved to be equally clueless. The support agent did witness the issues from their end, and all problems were well-documented in our chat logs. They even filed a formal complaint on my behalf. However, despite the overwhelming evidence and their own agent's acknowledgment of the problems, they absurdly claimed that no evidence of issues could be found. This is rather amusing, considering not a single livestream went smoothly.
I strongly recommend exploring alternative services. Whatever you do, avoid Castr at all costs. They are utterly inadequate in every aspect of their service.

I just didn't work when I needed it.
I just didn't work when I needed it. I tested this service on personal time. I then set up our business account, which by the way I had get an upgraded plan. Tested again and it seemed to work. On the day of our event it streamed fine to Facebook, but got nothing on Youtube. I could have done the single strean to FB without the expense or headache. Their customer service was not interested in hearing about any problems. I would not recommend the to anyone.

It's a good service with some hick-ups
Good experience in general..
Customizable streams with different keys just like saving templates to use later.
Reliable service (mostly)
Instagram streaming still needs some improvement, maybe it's Meta's fault.

Castr.io completely trashed a stream I was doing for a client, making the first 20 minutes unusable. The only solution was completely cutting Castr.io out of the chain, after which the stream proceeded perfectly. Now they're refusing to refund me for this month. Absolutely NOT worth the 30 GBP I spent on this!
