My order still hasn’t come yet and it’s been a week

Your order was dispatched on Monday via Royal Mail Tracked 24, the service selected at checkout, and tracking details were provided at the time of dispatch.
Royal Mail’s Tracked 24 is an estimated 1/3 working day and, while usually very reliable, delays within the postal network can occasionally occur. These delays are unfortunately outside of our control once an item has been collected and scanned into the system.
Tracking confirms that delivery was successful today, late but as said delays can and do happen.
We always encourage customers to contact us directly with any concerns before talking thing publicly in terms of reviews so we can investigate and resolve matters quickly.
