Our group consisting of six families have been dealing with Catania Holiday Lettings twice: once just before the covid-19 and again during the Spring 2022.
Our first renting was cancelled due to the pandemic but this year we were able to travel to Catalonia for a week.
Communication with the Catalonia Holiday Lettings has been very smooth and easy from start to finish. They have patiently answered to all of our questions and linked us with the right experts and service providers, if they have not been able to help us. In addition to that, we received clear instructions about the renting process, the house, driving etc. In my opinion, we could have spent a great week (or even longer) using Catalonia Holiday Lettings as our only source of information.

This was honestly one of the best experiences ever.
Due to corona, finding a house for 22 people was not easy. I contacted Bertel and asked some questions and if he had some proposals.
In a blink of an eye, I received a full list of houses, prices and dates included, with a small description of what to expect.
Bertel is very nice, kind and helpful!
We eventually booked a house which allowed us to have a 10 day holiday for only 280 per person!

We could always reach Bertel with any questions and he always gave us a friendly reply (yes, even on stupid questions😉)

I live in Catalonia and have rented via many different sites over the last 15 years, I only discovered this one last year and am so pleased that I did, Bertel and his team are so lovely to deal with it feels like a personal service, each house more than lived up to expectations and each owner that we dealt with was gracious and helpful, it is now my go-to service whenever we want a weekend escape or summer house rental. Great value for money, customer service and selection of properties.

Very helpful, efficient and prompt in dealing with queries. Bertel and the team arranged airport transfers, gave suggestions for restaurants and car hire. He offered recommendations for properties meeting our requirements as we were a group of 15 of varying ages. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them.

Exceptional service and great house!
We had the most wonderful holiday in El Monasterio near Gironella. Perfect for our large group of 3 families with 15 people altogether. The house was wonderful, the location perfect. Lisbeth, Bertel and the team at Cataloniaholidaylettings went out of their way to be helpful, offering useful advice when we were choosing a property. The booking process worked very smoothly. We would definitely use this company again.
