This is the first time we have used Catalonia Holidays and our experience of this company is 100%. We wanted a large villa for a party of 9 and the choice on their website was extensive. From the outset, communication with Bertel and the team has been excellent. Attentive, extremely helpful and very prompt with responses. They certainly went that step further to provide advice, clarification of questions about the villa and put us in contact directly with the villa owner to arrange a grocery delivery. The villa advert on their website described it completely accurately and it really was exceptional. We will certainly use their services again for a future holiday in this area. I have no hesitation in recommending Catalonia Holidays to anyone at all.

It was a second booking through Catalonia Lettings and a great recommendation for 13 of us with 5 young children. Bertel and the team provide a great personal service and respond quickly to any number of questions. Our experience with Cataloniaholidaylettings and Bertel could not have been better.

We rented Mas del Lilja for my brothers stag do/ bachelor party for 25 of us. I can't say one bad word about the house or our experience booking with Bertel and the host Eva.

Bertel was basically our other best man, helping us to plan taxis, large bus transfers, catering, grocery deliveries and more. We must have emailed and whatsapped Bertel more than any other guests but he was always happy to help, which made our lives so much easier. We really couldn't have done it without him!

You could not find a more helpful and attentive company to book for. I will certainly be booking with Bertel in the future!

We used this company to book a large holiday home in Spain this summer. The holiday house was great and we had a fantastic holiday! We came across this company by chance as we searched the internet for a suitable location and house for a family holiday and could not recommend them more highly. From the start they were helpful and obliging and very friendly, as well as being efficient and professional in their dealings. The took pride in a personal approach to business which was refreshing and reassuring. We would most definitely use them again should we choose to holiday again in the region.

We found Sydens Feriehuse on google - I had trawled through so many other websites so when I came to Sydens Feriehuse I was immediately attracted by how easy and informative their website was but also how beautiful all their properties were. We chose to stay at Casa de las Piñas as we had a large group. The property was beautiful and Sydens Feriehuse were very helfpful and efficient.

We have booked our holiday accommodation through Sydens Feriehuse / Catalonia Holiday Homes for the last two years (3 locations) and would definitely recommend. Bertel is always very helpful, offering advice, support and recommendations - and is really quick to respond to any questions. The holiday homes have been amazing and in beautiful and varied locations - each with lovely owners. We have loved our experiences in Catalonia.

Bertel at Catalonia holidays lettings was absolutely fantastic from the moment we booked right through to the holiday. We had a group of 21 to organise and we had many questions which were answered promptly, Bertel offered recommendations for the local area and put us in touch with the relevant local people to book extras we wanted. I cannot recommend booking your trip through this company more, they care about your holiday and want you to have the best time. We stayed in a Beautiful Farm House called Casa Rei Vinyes in Celra! beautiful countryside and close to amenities. We were able to take day trip taking the local train to Barcelona, Girona etc. Very easy. The Host Marcel was also very helpful, friendly and on hand if we needed him. A lovely experience from start to finish, would definitely use this company again. Highly recommend! Hannah

We have known Bertel - his company for many years, in fact, our first rental home in Catalonia was through Catalonia Holiday Lettings: a spectacular castle close to Solsona.

Since we are looking to buy a property in the Tarragona region, we decided a) to ask them for some info and b) to rent a property again (Masia Els Molins) in Roda de Bera. This happened on short notice, and both the owner and Bertel did help us with some detailed questions.

We do not believe in perfection, but we do believe that everything you do with best effort and attention, grows:). In fact a big retail chain from Scandinavia used this as their commmercial headline or subline, and not only is it true, Bertel’s communication regarding rental homes and other things is adequate and clear.

We appreciate that a lot.

So, again, a very nice experience and thumbs up for Bertel and his team/family/relations.

I literally couldn't have asked for a better experience! Bertel (and team but I mainly dealt with Bertel) went above and beyond and still apologised when my requests couldn't quite be met (which was my fault not Bertel's!).

From the moment of booking, Bertel was in communication. He helped me find details for the local baker, plan a big supermarket shop, pre book transfers for 18 people at completely different times, find a photographer and a saxophonist (random and totally not the usual requests for pretty much the middle of nowhere, I am sure!).

Thank you so much Bertel and team for making my birthday celebration such a success. I wouldn't hesitate to work with you again.

From the start of the booking process through to our arrival at the holiday property the team have been nothing but supportive. Bertel was prompt in his replies to emails, even outside of working hours. Attention to detail is second to none. Our group consisting of six families have been dealing with Catania Holiday Lettings twice: once just before the covid-19 and again during the Spring 2022.
Our first renting was cancelled due to the pandemic but this year we were able to travel to Catalonia for a week.
Communication with the Catalonia Holiday Lettings has been very smooth and easy from start to finish. They have patiently answered to all of our questions and linked us with the right experts and service providers, if they have not been able to help us. In addition to that, we received clear instructions about the renting process, the house, driving etc. In my opinion, we could have spent a great week (or even longer) using Catalonia Holiday Lettings as our only source of information.
